I regret purchasing this car. Since the day I bought it, I’ve had consistent brake issues. Every time I take it back to the dealership, I’m told that "Ford brakes always make loud noises," but nothing is ever done to fix the problem. Now, I’m told I need new brakes and rotors. As a single mom with a child with a disability, having a reliable car is a must, but this vehicle has only caused me stress and worry. I’m incredibly disappointed in both the product and the service. This has been the worst purchase I’ve ever made, and I wouldn’t recommend this car to anyone. More
