Well it was pretty good. But Fords idea of intimidating dealer and sales people to always get all 5s is really not anybody any good. Why if you're all perfect why even bother But Fords idea of intimidating dealer and sales people to always get all 5s is really not anybody any good. Why if you're all perfect why even bother with a rating. You are completely out of touch. All dealers are in this situation. And you really have no on your actual performance . I'm not a perfect customer all the time , and the dealership and salespeople are not perfect all the time. Intimidating a salesman to try and force a customer into all 5 s as I said helps no one. Ayman did a good job and even with a slight language barrier, I was happy with his going out of the way to help me. And would recommend him . I felt good enough about him to give him all 5s for his sake. I sincerely hope Ford changes its position on ,you have to have all 5s to better reflect the reality of real life . I purchased two F450’s and cancelled the warranties almost 6 months ago. I still haven’t received my checks back. That’s a few grand that’s just sitting out there that can’t be used. I’ve been more than patient in waiting for this to get resolved and I keep getting told that it’s a different department. I need someone to cancel the supposed checks that were sent out and reissue them to the right person and not send it to FMC and blame them for it More

Finance team was not professional and not service focused. Finance manager was extremely distracted about his office being used by other employees. Then we had paid 1/4th of the amount using credit c focused. Finance manager was extremely distracted about his office being used by other employees. Then we had paid 1/4th of the amount using credit card and then given a cheque for the rest. Then when we get the paperwork I noticed that Finance Manager had charged the full amount to cheque payment ( I lost cash back amount and in addition had account overages ). Then all the finance paperwork had the wrong address(the dealer address was the customer address) this after the salesperson had updated it. In short I am thoroughly disappointed and will not recommend elder Ford. I find it surprising that Elder Ford just override the amount I submitted on the cheque. More
