Car was in service for an engine warranty replacement for three weeks. Was told multiple times no loaners were available. Loaners were marked at the lot on Saturday afternoon. Soured the whole experience and should have been handled in a much different way. Honestly felt I should have walked away had I not given a down payment that I was not sure they would have returned. No one from my family will be using them again. More
