After taking delivery, I discovered protective plastic still on the vehicle, white residue throughout the cargo area, and scratches on one of the doors. Since it was a brand-new vehicle with only 22 miles on it, these issues should never have existed. The dealership scheduled repairs. While my vehicle was in the service department, salesperson Andrew Hollingsworth called—not to check on the repairs, but to pressure me into giving a five-star customer survey. When I told him I wanted to wait until my vehicle was repaired, he said he would rather undo the sale than receive a bad survey. I asked him directly if he was threatening me over a survey, and he repeated the statement. I began recording the conversation because I couldn't believe what I was hearing. TI brought money from my bank they did not finance me. When I contacted manager George, he dismissed Andrew Hollingsworth's comments as "just joking" instead of addressing the threats. When I continued explaining my concerns, George ended the call. The threats over a customer survey, followed by the manager's refusal to take the matter seriously, were completely unacceptable. I won't buy from Edmond Hyundai again, and I recommend shopping elsewhere. More

I was a serious out-of-state buyer for Edmond Hyundai’s 2019 Porsche Cayenne Turbo, VIN WP1AF2AY5KDA81705. I was financed, communicating directly with the salesperson, and prepared to move forward pending 2019 Porsche Cayenne Turbo, VIN WP1AF2AY5KDA81705. I was financed, communicating directly with the salesperson, and prepared to move forward pending a Porsche pre-purchase inspection. The Porsche inspection materially changed the transaction. Porsche Oklahoma City documented major issues including A/C blowing hot with a leaking evaporator, coolant pump leakage, belt tensioner oil leakage, front tires at 4/32 with alignment needed, and rear brake wear. The Porsche repair estimates shown to me totaled well into five figures. When I raised these findings, the dealership minimized the Porsche inspection and suggested Porsche was just trying to make money. A sales director also pressured me by saying many other people had called on the vehicle and that it would be put back on the market if I did not buy it. My concern is not that a used vehicle had issues. My concern is that this vehicle was being actively marketed as retail-ready, and when a Porsche dealer inspection documented significant repair needs, the response was pressure and minimization rather than transparency. I chose not to proceed. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that any buyer of a high-end used vehicle from this dealership obtain an independent manufacturer-level inspection before purchase and review all findings carefully before relying on the dealership’s used-car inspection or warranty representations. More

My wife and I acted in good faith and started making real arrangements based on that agreed number and the process Steven laid out. After that, the story changed. George, the Sales Manager, got involved and the call started off aggressive and disrespectful. Instead of calmly reviewing the deal, he challenged my intelligence and implied I was confused. He then claimed the negotiated price was actually 48,500. That is not what was negotiated with Steven, and the way it was handled felt like a classic switch in numbers once it was time to finalize. Antonio also switched his personality completely once the pricing issue came up. Steven was the only person who was professional and a pleasure to work with, and then I never heard from him again after everything blew up. I escalated this to the General Manager by email and requested a call back. The General Manager never called me and never responded to my email. Bottom line, I do not trust this dealership. I believe they misrepresented the purchase price and then tried to push a different number with hostility instead of transparency. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. More

Do not trust this dealership, they do not inform you that the TT&L does not include the license and registration. Had to pay $300 to register our car and they will not do anything about it. Our car was also missing rails and floor mats and it took 3 weeks for them to finally get them to us, the price is good but customer service is non existent and they do not accept responsibility for their part, $500 document fee and the documents did not include everything in the loan like every other dealership includes.
