Normally service is great. The back passenger rim is slightly bent (preexisting), and when moved to the front there was a clear rumbling noise when driving it. I took the car to Hibdon. They pointed out the tire problems and the rim. The inspection form says fluids need servicing, but I wasn't asked if I wanted it resolved. Same with the tires and brake linings. More

Did a great job on my car. Had to replace the engine and Hyundai warrantees the engine. They stand behind their warranty. I like the people and service, but I bought a fiat and they are not cheap to work on so I hate going there because it's going to cost me and I live so far away. Part of their recommendation for nearly $900 worth of extra services during my oil change included an immediate tire rotation due to excessive tread wear on the front tires. Problem is that all 4 tires were brand new as of 2 days before service. They had, at most, 10 miles on them so the dealer lied to me. What else do they lie about to gouge people into paying for extra, unneeded services? More
