Not pleased. We scheduled an appt for oil change and when we arrive we are told it will be about 2 hours to complete our service. Why even make an appt? I can go to Porters and get my oil changed without leaving my car and done in less than 10 min!! We would not come here for service , but are required to do that the “engines for life” program is active. More
Zero stars! I waited until I went for 3 oil changes before I made a review, each time was a disaster. The first visit the service advisor never gave me an oppor I waited until I went for 3 oil changes before I made a review, each time was a disaster. The first visit the service advisor never gave me an opportunity to approve the additional work that popped up on my phone, after waiting well over 90 minutes I decided that I'll just get it on the next one, same thing occured the next time, I stated the services I needed, but they still were not performed, I wasn't charged, but I took a half day of work off to get the things I wanted performed and after 120 mins the 2nd time still had services that were not performed, and no oil sticker reminder placed on upper windshield. The 3rd time the SA never spoke with us about the extra services, so it took over 3 hrs to get an oil change and cabin air filter changed. The SA never came over to tell me that my car was finished, after waiting over 3 hrs after I arrived I walked over to the SA and apparently my car was finished 30 mins earlier. After changing the cabin air filter my a/c fan sounded like a wombat fighting a wolverine. I removed the debris myself, and another thing common practice is to also check all the other fluids, windshield washer ect. nothing else was obviously checked/serviced. I will never go back to this service department, nor purchase a car from here EVER! More

They were friendly and efficient! Very relatable people and very competent. I have always owned a Lexus previous to my Hyundai, but now I am a loyal Hyundai owner. 1st time on since we bought our car. Found out how the engines for life work and that was nit explained at buying...plus..the first oil change was nit due til 8k miles...again not mention Found out how the engines for life work and that was nit explained at buying...plus..the first oil change was nit due til 8k miles...again not mentioned at buying...but was told very lenient with first service however they stick to the mileage from now on and I find that odd. So, service was done and come to find out that they didn't do part of their checklist!! And it was something that was told them to do ahead of time....with that happening...you question other items that were not done since it is a brand new car and there is no way to know I guess More
