Sent mixed messages about whAt my car needed or didn’t need. Couldn’t locate my ticket then they didn’t charge me for a service and hounded me about paying it after telling me it was included. Was not o need. Couldn’t locate my ticket then they didn’t charge me for a service and hounded me about paying it after telling me it was included. Was not offered a shuttle to go over to waiting area had to walk in 100 degree heat. The customer service has dropped significantly since I bought my car I 2018. This may be the last time I purchase a vehicle here or recommend them to someone. More
