After my service appt on Monday I was not real happy , 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and having to come back the following week to have an update completed but after I called this morning with hours for an oil change and tire rotation and having to come back the following week to have an update completed but after I called this morning with a problem which was the result of Monday’s service call , the service I received and the quick response was amazing and gave me back some faith in the service department . Todays service issue was resolved with very quickly and professionally and I was beyond relieved and satisfied with the way it was handled . Aaron restored my faith he is a great example of superior customer service ! More
