Brian and Parker really took care of me and making sure I got into the car I wanted and making sure I got what I was looking for in payment. The best team and I couldn't thank them enough for their help and making it possible to drive off with a new 2025 Tucson. I'm for sure recommending family and friends to see these guys. More

We bought certified pre-owned and only came with one key fob which we mentioned prior to leaving with new car. They promised to locate key fob and get in touch with us. Multiple calls later after numerous no response to messages, I finally reached salesperson again and was told the car was traded in with only one key fob. Would have been nice to get response on first call or better yet, have them supply new key fob after we’d spent over $24,000 on vehicle. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Edmond Hyundai, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations compared to previous car-buying experiences. While there were a few positive aspects, the unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations compared to previous car-buying experiences. While there were a few positive aspects, the overall process left much to be desired. On the plus side, the entire process took about 4.5 hours, which is relatively shorter than what I've experienced in the past. However, this is where the positives end. The salesperson who assisted me was very new to car sales and couldn’t answer many of the questions I had about the vehicles I was considering. This lack of knowledge was frustrating and made the experience less smooth. The negotiation process for the total price of the car was particularly aggravating. Instead of dealing with one person, I had two individuals presenting various offers, including shocking 12-month payment figures, high-interest rates, and lowball trade-in values. Unfortunately, these are tactics commonly expected at car dealerships, but it doesn’t make the experience any less frustrating. After finally negotiating a fair price for my trade-in, I moved on to the finance office. The finance representatives were polite but pressured me to buy their third-party warranty, claiming it was necessary to secure the “lowest” interest rate. They also suggested that the manufacturer’s warranty wouldn’t be sufficient, which is odd considering Hyundai is known for having one of the best warranties in the industry. Even after all this, the interest rate they initially offered was significantly higher than what I was pre-approved for at my bank, forcing them to lower it to compete. Weeks later, when my insurance policy was up for renewal, I discovered that the certified pre-owned vehicle I purchased had sustained damage prior to my purchase—a fact that wasn’t clearly disclosed at the time. I had to request a Carfax report from the dealership, which confirmed the damage. The dealership was unable to explain the situation, though it seems likely (after reviewing the report) the vehicle was used as a service loaner. As a result, I am now stuck with higher insurance premiums due to this undisclosed damage. Overall, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I approached the purchase with good credit, good intentions, and the expectation that the dealership staff would act professionally and ethically. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I would advise others to thoroughly research the car-buying process, come prepared with a pre-approved loan from your financial institution, and be ready to stand your ground if you decide to do business with this dealership. **Pros:** - The process took less time than previous purchases (about 4.5 hours). - The finance representatives were polite. **Cons:** - Salesperson was new, lacked vehicle knowledge and couldn’t answer key questions. - Frustrating and pressure-filled negotiation process. - Pressure to purchase a third-party warranty for a lower interest rate. - Higher interest rate initially offered compared to my bank’s pre-approval. - Vehicle damage was not clearly disclosed, resulting in higher insurance premiums.
