Unacceptable Sales Tactics & Lack of Transparency I am a returning customer and extremely disappointed with my experience at Edmond Hyundai, specifically with Denise Daughtry, Sales Assistant. I requested the lowest out-the-door price on a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe (VIN provided) and comparable VINs. Denise repeatedly refused to provide pricing unless I came in person, stating: “in order to get you pricing, you have to let me do my job… getting you here to drive it” and “my managers prioritize those who are willing to come on in.” I clearly offered to come in if the price was competitive, but was still refused and redirected to the website, with Denise saying, “I do not handle pricing myself.” This is a pressure-based tactic, not customer service. For reference, Bob Howard Hyundai provided the same out-the-door pricing quickly and without hesitation, proving Edmond Hyundai’s refusal was a choice, not a limitation. As a returning customer, I felt disrespected and will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly caution anyone who values honest, upfront pricing to consider other dealerships. More
Do not trust this dealership, they do not inform you that the TT&L does not include the license and registration. Had to pay $300 to register our car and they will not do anything about it. Our car was also missing rails and floor mats and it took 3 weeks for them to finally get them to us, the price is good but customer service is non existent and they do not accept responsibility for their part, $500 document fee and the documents did not include everything in the loan like every other dealership includes. The team here was polite in person, but the sales tactics were exactly what many of us try to avoid: • aggressive follow-up calls, • last-minute pressure, • inconsistent numbers, • and a lot of “come in person to talk” even when my questions were very clear. I’m confident saying this because I used multiple online tools and resources (including AI) to keep myself grounded and informed, and the numbers I was given here did not match the transparent pricing I was getting elsewhere. If you’re a xxxxx buyer, a first-time buyer, or someone who just prefers clarity and honesty — protect your peace. Know your worth, know your numbers, and do your research before stepping into any dealership. There are wonderful online resources like Carvana, Vroom, and even ChatGPT to help you track fair pricing and avoid being pressured on the spot. This dealership may work for some people, but for those of us who value transparency, fairness, and a no-pressure buying process — I’d strongly recommend exploring online options or dealers with fully transparent OTD pricing. I have requested a call back from management and still nothing...we have a 2025 Palisades sitting at another dealership waiting on a warranty answer from me, but I can not get one from the dealership. This place is a clown show. Took the car there for routine oil change at there set time and waited in waiting area 2 hours and the car never moved so we ended up leaving. Bought the dent and ding coverage and ended up with a door ding from another car,was told they will use a machine to sick the small dent out but won't touch up paint. Bought the tire and rim warranty and ending up bending 2 rims on these nice oklahoma roads from a pothole....the warranty people want to reshape the bent rims instead of replacing them. All there warranties apparently have some extremely small print they dont tell u about when u buy them... oh and once again there service sucks!!!! More

From the moment we walked in until the time we pulled out, he was right there every step of the way. No matter how many times I thanked him, he was so humble. Ryan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot as well as the one we had placed on hold prior to making the trip to Edmond. Now, about the dealership and the people as a whole. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles every step of the way - front desk, salesmen, managers and finance. Never once were we ever made to feel less than. Our experience at Edmond Hyundai was topnotch and I can’t say enough good things about them. More
