I've bought three new cars from Eddy's Toyota. The last one was extremely dissatisfying. While waiting for the car to arrive I signed the finance paperwork. I asked Mark a few times about the arrival dat one was extremely dissatisfying. While waiting for the car to arrive I signed the finance paperwork. I asked Mark a few times about the arrival date of the car and in most cases it took a few days to receive a response. Once the first arrival date past, I didn't receive a call that it was delayed and had to call to find out what was going on. I emailed a couple of time to inquire about the referral program but couldn't get any information on it. I referred a friend anyway and he didn't buy a car. My car arrived and I picked it up, but didn't receive a copy of the finance paperwork. I forgot to ask and they (Mark and Jeromie) didn't offer. I contacted Jeromie the next day and on many other occasions and he said he would send the paperwork but never did. My sister and friend needed a car and I referred them too. They bought and I thought they received good service, but they had some problems after the sale. I contacted Jeromie again because of some problems with Toyota Financial and told him about the referral and about still needing the paperwork. He said he would send me a referral check and the paperwork, but again he did not send it. I finally contacted Mark Smith, and he did send the paperwork. I was really surprised that after buying my third car I would be treated with such disdain. More
Eddy's Toyota was great! I loved the entire experience, and it was thoroughly enjoyable! Andrew was so helpful and went the extra mile. It was late Saturday night when we finished up, so the detail person and it was thoroughly enjoyable! Andrew was so helpful and went the extra mile. It was late Saturday night when we finished up, so the detail person had already left, and Andrew felt like they hadn't been able to do the best job in detailing the car so he even took it himself and cleaned it up better. Jim did a great job in helping us seal up the deal, and all of the employees were super friendly, even when I accidentally spilled hot cocoa all over the floor. More
