We have had a great experience at Eddy's Toyota in Wichita. Barbara Jackson met us when we arrived for the first time and was very pleasant and friendly and helpful. Every time we stop to get our Toyota serviced and, if Barbara is working that time, she stops by and greets us as though we were her friends. She will ask us if everything is going OK with our Highlander. Of course, she always puts in a plug for a new vehicle, which is fine, because she does not pressure us. We highly recommend Barbara. I've bought three new cars from Eddy's Toyota. The last one was extremely dissatisfying. While waiting for the car to arrive I signed the finance paperwork. I asked Mark a few times about the arrival dat one was extremely dissatisfying. While waiting for the car to arrive I signed the finance paperwork. I asked Mark a few times about the arrival date of the car and in most cases it took a few days to receive a response. Once the first arrival date past, I didn't receive a call that it was delayed and had to call to find out what was going on. I emailed a couple of time to inquire about the referral program but couldn't get any information on it. I referred a friend anyway and he didn't buy a car. My car arrived and I picked it up, but didn't receive a copy of the finance paperwork. I forgot to ask and they (Mark and Jeromie) didn't offer. I contacted Jeromie the next day and on many other occasions and he said he would send the paperwork but never did. My sister and friend needed a car and I referred them too. They bought and I thought they received good service, but they had some problems after the sale. I contacted Jeromie again because of some problems with Toyota Financial and told him about the referral and about still needing the paperwork. He said he would send me a referral check and the paperwork, but again he did not send it. I finally contacted Mark Smith, and he did send the paperwork. I was really surprised that after buying my third car I would be treated with such disdain. More

It is a lovely facility beyonf expectations we encountered when we came in to buy our Peius Hybred /The staff was very curtious & checjed everything out for us .Tanner Ledford was so helpful & so encountered when we came in to buy our Peius Hybred /The staff was very curtious & checjed everything out for us .Tanner Ledford was so helpful & so was his supervisor/ When we came in for service we were treated very well & the wait was short & we got a clean serviced car in return.The Prius is beyond our expectations - getting great mileage beyond 55 MPG 7 runs so quietly you don't even hear it or feel whencar change gears . We show everyone our car & tell them how wonderful the Prius is. . More

Eddy's Toyota was great! I loved the entire experience, and it was thoroughly enjoyable! Andrew was so helpful and went the extra mile. It was late Saturday night when we finished up, so the detail person and it was thoroughly enjoyable! Andrew was so helpful and went the extra mile. It was late Saturday night when we finished up, so the detail person had already left, and Andrew felt like they hadn't been able to do the best job in detailing the car so he even took it himself and cleaned it up better. Jim did a great job in helping us seal up the deal, and all of the employees were super friendly, even when I accidentally spilled hot cocoa all over the floor. More

Mat did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on everything while waiting for my new 2012 Rav4 to be shipped to me. I was very pleased with everything and LOVE my new car. I even have Mat's cell p everything while waiting for my new 2012 Rav4 to be shipped to me. I was very pleased with everything and LOVE my new car. I even have Mat's cell phone number in my telephone and have texted him a couple of questions after my purchase and he is still very helpful in telling me what I needed. I had gone to several other delaerships and they all wanted a co-signer or they told me what I was looking for wasn't going to happen. Eddy's Toyota was the last place I went to. I was shopping for a car for my daughter. I wanted to ensure that I found a car that was economical but safe. I couldn't find anything that I felt comfortable purchasing that was a decent price. I ultimately ended up at Eddy's Toyota and Jason went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car. I was impressed that he went out of his way to walk us through this sale, even though technically it wasn't his dept. He even stayed late until we closed the deal. My daughter is in love with her car and I'm comfortable knowing she's driving a safe vehicle. This car should last her through college! The whole experience at Eddy's Toyota was great, and they delivered on everything they promised. I would definitely recommend Eddy's to anyone. More
