2017 Nissan Maxima I was given a bad deal on my used 2015 Chevrolet Impala and I wanted to switch to a newer maxima. I went to two other dealerships and I was denied due I was given a bad deal on my used 2015 Chevrolet Impala and I wanted to switch to a newer maxima. I went to two other dealerships and I was denied due to me being upside down in equity. I came to Northpark Nissan after being contacted by Mr. Matthew Harrison about three weeks ago. I was also informed here that I was upside down in equity, but Mr. Matthew Harrison ensured me that he will do whatever it takes to get me into the maxima. Today I came in and closed the deal on a 2017 brand new maxima with only 16 miles and better interest rate than my old vehicle. Words cannot express how happy I am and grateful that Mr. Matthew took the time out and had the patience with me to get me into the car that I wanted. Just when I had given up, he called me and turned my life around from being in a bad situation. Other positive things that I liked about Northpark Nissan is that everyone is friendly and welcoming. I am overly satisfied with my purchase and if anyone is searching for a new or used car I would definitely recommend speaking with Mr. Matthew Harrison. More
I had the most horrible experience from this dealship! I I had the most horrible experience from this dealship! I will admit that the sales Manager and salesman were great, when it was time to close the dea I had the most horrible experience from this dealship! I will admit that the sales Manager and salesman were great, when it was time to close the deal however, the general manager(Chris Brown) of the dealership was very rude!!!! I had been waiting for over 2 hours that day. Now they were busy and thats understandable but when the manager tells my salesman that I should not be mad because I was getting a good deal and that my credit was 900, I should just wait and bascially get over it!!!!!!!! Now I think that sounds like discrimination honestly! I was at this dealership for 4 hours on saturday and basically was told to come back Monday because they were so busy and they were taking people with PERFECT CREDIT before anyone that had less than perfect! If it wasn't for the fact that I got a great deal and the fact that the Finance Manager(JC) was AWESOME, I would've NEVER gone back!!!! Would not recommend this dealship to no one! More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. RUN DO NOT WALK TO ANOTHER DEALER!! I purchased an Audi A4 convertible on August 10, 2012. While doing the paper work the salesman took the vehicle around back to TO ANOTHER DEALER!! I purchased an Audi A4 convertible on August 10, 2012. While doing the paper work the salesman took the vehicle around back to have it delivery detailed. While working on the paperwork the salesman came in to tell me that the top would not go up but we could finish the paperwork and they would have the top fixed. They sent me home that night in a car off the lot. I was called the next day and told it was fixed. I drove there (over an hour away) and picked up my "fixed" car. That evening the top would not go up again! They had me bring the car back to bring it to Audi New Orleans. They lied. They brought it to another repair shop. After two weeks they called to say the car was fixed again. I picked up the car and the next day the top would not go up again! I've now been waiting for 3 weeks for my car to be repairTed and was supposed to pick it up today and was told that they ordered the wrong part and it would be 4 or 5 more days. This car has never been brought to the Audi dealership as promised to be repaired by experienced Audi technicians. They didn't even fix the other items on my list of items to be repaired in my contract. I've learned a very big lesson with this purchase. More

We have purchased many vehicles here, throughout the years - sales staff is excellent (mainly worked with Hyundai staff), but Hyundai service is very POOR. Have been to other dealerships in the area, f years - sales staff is excellent (mainly worked with Hyundai staff), but Hyundai service is very POOR. Have been to other dealerships in the area, for service work, and Hyundai seems to have poor service throughout the area (techs with bad attitudes, undersized service dept's., they don't honor Hyundai warranty unless they HAVE to, don't fix chronic problems - usually one or two chances, then they leave you hanging). Sales staff is very good, though - quick to respond, usually helpful with trades, processes sales quickly, etc. More
Salesman was good. The manager Rick was flipping out screamin at another salesman on the showroom really just berating the guy. VERY LOUDLY, totally inappropriate. I have been dealing with th is dealership for the past 7 years. Ken has been my salesman as long as I can remember. He never gives up and makes sure I was happy with my decision.
