This dealer LIED. I called them to see if a car that was on the internet was still available because I was going to drive 2 hours on way to see it. I was told that they had a few vehicles with that price an on the internet was still available because I was going to drive 2 hours on way to see it. I was told that they had a few vehicles with that price and same options. About 4 hours later I arrived and was told that particular vehicle was sold, but they had another for the same price. Well the other was not the same, it was a 2 wheel drive instead of an all wheel drive, but I drove it and liked it. They wouldn't tell me how much right away, but when they told me it was $2500 more than the other one with more options. Then they really low balled me on my trade. I highly suggest that no one believes anything that they tell you and don't drive 2 hours to go over there. More
Bought a BMW convertible. The salesman had no knowledge of the car. The salesman didn't even know how to open the top, or apparently, how to read a manual. The salesman broke an interior piece trying to of the car. The salesman didn't even know how to open the top, or apparently, how to read a manual. The salesman broke an interior piece trying to fix the top. The salesman sent the car to a German Car repair shop, so that they could tell him to "read the manual". It was an embarrassingly stupid event for this dealership. The salesman tried all the sleazy car tactics to keep me from getting a proper inspection on the car. When I was going to walk, the SALESMAN SIGNED A DOCUMENT AGREEING TO PAY FOR ANYTHING FOUND WRONG IN AN INSPECTION. $500 OF PROBLEMS WERE FOUND, AND INSPITE OF THE DOCUMENT, THEY JUST GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND DIDN'T PAY. 1. UNKNOWLEDGABLE. 2. SLEAZY CAR TACTICS LIKE, "MAYBE THIS CAR IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU, IT TAKES A M-A-N TO OWN THIS CAR. AND MOST OF ALL. 3. DEALER CHEATED ME OUT OF $500. More

The General Manager, inform us that he would assist us. After about 30 minutes of so, we learned that the quote was for a manual transmission. Therefore, we needed to pay an additional $1200 for automation. I explained to the general manager that I didn't make the mistake & should not have to be held responsible. Instead, we went to another dealership to purchase the car. Terrible customer service from this dealership.

Faith Dunn More
