Matt was very helpful and answered my questions honestly and timely. I initially went to look at one vehicle and drove away with a different one because he thought I might want to look at other options. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to go back and recommend this dealership to friends and family. I can honestly say they did everything in their power and went above and beyond to get us into a new vehicle. Going above and beyond is actually an understatement. We spent several hours there waiting for the finance manager and Matt to come to a finance agreement. I never heard either of them complain about spending so much time with us. I have shopped at one other dealership in the past and I can say that Eddie Tourelle's is the better of the two because I don't think the other one would have done as much as Eddie Tourelle's did. A few weeks before our purchase we already had researched different vehicles that we thought we would be happy with. We visited several dealerships that day and felt most welcomed at Northpark Nissan than at any of the other dealerships. From the moment we pulled in we were greeted by Matt Harrison. He showed us the different vehicles that we were interested in and others that were comparable to other non-Nissan brands. We absolutely fell in love with the Pathfinder but we were uncertain that we could afford it. Matt learned that my husband was having some health issues that required some surgery. He checked in on us to see how his recovery was coming along. We were finally ready to make our purchase and knew after our initial visit that we wanted to do business with Matt and Nissan. Matt was able to get us a great deal and we were actually able to afford the Pathfinder that we fell in love with on that first visit. We are very happy and love our new Nissan. We would highly recommend Northpark Nissan and Matt Harrison to everyone. More
