My first interaction was with Josh Tourelle, then the Sales Manager, Mr. Shockley, and ultimately with Zoe the salesperson. Each interaction was professional, polite, and respectful. Two of the other 3 dealerships were unprofessional and downright rude. It almost made me walk away from Nissan. However, Eddie Tourelle was different.
