I had the worst experience going in for an oil change. I stopped in on a Fri and waited over a hour and then checked to see how much longer. They then told me there was 2 cars still ahead of me. Next time I stopped in on a Fri and waited over a hour and then checked to see how much longer. They then told me there was 2 cars still ahead of me. Next time tell someone when they check in how many are ahead of you. I then left and my husband returned sat right when they opened. He was the first car in like. It still ok them almost 4 hour to do an oil change. That’s ridiculous! I will never ever go back to get any service done here. More
