The waiting area is very nice with lots of snacks & drinks. Roger and Nick in service were fantastic! They completely checked over everything on my car and were able to tell me why all those lights were on, but also how everything else looked on my car as well (tires, brakes, fluids)!! That was a huge bonus for me, and very comforting, because I was able to prioritize what repairs needed to be done now, and what services to plan for at my next oil change. They had my car finished very fast, washed & even vacuumed!! It was like a day at the spa for my car that day! Everyone was super polite, and very honest. Prices are very fair. I would not go anywhere else! More

The price they advertised on their website is not matching with the description of the vehicle at all.Went 2 times to view 2 different cars with appr The price they advertised on their website is not matching with the description of the vehicle at all.Went 2 times to view 2 different cars with approximate same miles and years ,when it came down to negotiate the price the amount went from 16500.00 to over 23000.00 in a split second. The sales associate assured us just like the website that the car is certified but on the paper the amount was indicated that we need it to pay over $2000 on top of the sales price+ dealer processing fee $895+ 1395 for a care package that was useless and there is no option to opt out. When I asked about removing those extra fees that we didn't agree upon sitting down,the associate stated to meet him half way and cover those at least half? This is ridiculous that they lie about the description online being a certified vehicle and the customer ends up paying on top of the sales price listed. Please save your time and avoid this dealership!!! More

Bait & Switch Pricing I inquired via email after seeing an internet ad for a 2016 van listed for $22,985. They called promptly and gave me some info over the phone about t I inquired via email after seeing an internet ad for a 2016 van listed for $22,985. They called promptly and gave me some info over the phone about the van's condition. Everything sounded great, the van looked to be in great condition. I began making arrangements to travel to this dealer from out of town. Then, the salesman informs me that the ACTUAL price is not $22,985, but rather it's going to be $25,803 after I pay for certification, and some other fees. I said I was willing to pay the ADVERTISED price. As you can imagine, the conversation did not go too much further. My advice to you is STAY AWAY from this shady dealer. If they cannot be honest and upfront with the price, then how can you trust them with any part of the car buying and owning experience. As for their 50 dealerships in 5 states... I'll be avoiding you as well. It starts at the top. More

After buying 8 cars from them, I've seen the quality and customer service experience at this dealership deteriorate significantly over the years. For my 7th car the service got so bad, I went to McGrath Acura in the city, they were great. They understand how to run a luxury brand and dealership, clearly Napleton doesn't grasp this concept. Joe, the GSM, convinced me to come back, only to find out he does not keep his word. Joe should go back to selling Chrysler's where he came from, a non-luxury brand. Be very careful if you deal with this individual, he personifies sleazy car sales guy. The service department is down a person, so getting service is nearly impossible, even on a brand new car. When you do call, expect to call them 20-30 times before you ever get a return phone call, typically the only way to reach a live person is to go there in person. After escalating my issues multiple times to the GM, Hitko, I realized he must be a fictitious person, because he either doesn't exist or won't return phone calls either. Acuras are great cars, this is not a great Acura dealership any more, you should go to another dealership. My experience with them has been a complete and total NIGHTMARE, I would not send my worst enemy to this car dealership, it's that bad. I'd rather go buy a used car from a city car lot, they probably treat their customers better than Ed Napleton Acura Elmhurst. More
Horrible service department and management I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received when I called to replace a radio display for my 2015 TLX that I purchased from Ed Nap I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received when I called to replace a radio display for my 2015 TLX that I purchased from Ed Napleton Acura. Firstly, I called January 5th and spoke to Nick regarding the replacement of this part and labor. Nick quoted a price and when I asked about service specials and discount, I was told he will follow up with the service manager and call back to order the part. I never heard back from Nick . I called and left a message on Monday and Wednesday the week of January 7th. No response or follow up from the service department. I decided to follow up with the service manager Roger Gutierrez on January 11 , explained that Nick never followed up and that I need to replace this part to operate the heat in my vehicle. I never received a follow up call from Roger Gutierrez. I called back to speak to someone in the parts department and I received a quote and I was told that he will follow up with me on Monday to see where the part was coming from. I never heard back from the parts department. Despite the numerous calls to the service department, parts department and the service manager, I have yet to get a response from Ed Napleton. I will never deal with this dealership again , More

My car Salesman Wilson Quinones Dealer Number: 158504, The car was a 2015 Acura and the asking price was around $25000 Thousand. My salesperson tells me there is a similar car worth $28800 and after we negotiate on everything we agreed on a price after 3 hours, after signing the application and purchase the car, I get stunned after seeing how much I was actually getting Charged for the car the price was $346403. I went the vary next day to ask why the price changed on what we had already agreed on and I was told and I quote "The car was certified and that we apologize for not letting you know but, we cant do nothing about it." *I would like to mention that they took my car lenclon mkt 2014 as down payment for 7000 Thousand dollars that's not included the 346403 thousands dollars.
