Failure to follow up on part needed 4 weeks ago we bought a car and the underhood insulation was damaged by wildlife. Fantastic Drealership...Top Notch experience I was unfortunate enough to have an issue but fortunate enough to end up having Ed Napleton taking care of an issue for me. I have 2017 Acura ILX ASp I was unfortunate enough to have an issue but fortunate enough to end up having Ed Napleton taking care of an issue for me. I have 2017 Acura ILX ASpec and i had a blown tire at 2am. Finding out there is no spare wheel in the trunk and just tire infiltrator instead was a definite bummer and in my case absolutely no help. Ended up calling Acura customer care and flat bed truck towing my vehicle to Ed Napleton in the middle of the night (Friday into Saturday) where we dropped the car off on the lot and keys were dropped in into the box. Saturday morning i was contacted by a service dept. representative named Dave (David ) and we decided since Ed Napleton didn't have a Michelin Pilot 225/40/18 sized tires in stock at the moment that i will get one locally from someone else and provide them with it so the can perform the swap. As soon as i arrived with the new tire Dave made sure everything was taken care of. To my surprise once the job was done and i asked Dave how much do i owe him for the service he just told me "dont even worry about it". Now, this is how they treat customers. In my book they are fantastic and in the near future when im ready for another new Acura Ed Napleton will be the one i will go to. Just so everyone knows, I was never asked nor suggested by anybody from Ed Napleton to leave any kind of review. In today's world having such friendly dealership on Your side give you confidence that in case should You need one there is Ed Napleton and they wont disappoint You. They Add Fees $$$$$$$$$$$$$ and won't negiate on used cars My son and I drove an hour to check out a used Honda Civic listed for $6,900. After the test drive, my son decided he wants to buy the car, things went from great to the worst experience I've ever had buying a used car. Syed came back from talking to his manager with an out the door quote of $11,000!!! I said no and he came back with his manager (don't remember his name). They tried to sell you a $1,000+ maintenance package which I would never use because I live an hour away. They did away with that, but then there was another $1,100 get the car ready fee that they would not negotiate. Why don't you jutst list the car price with the $1,100 fee already in the price? We would have never even considered the car because it was out of our price range. Extremely frustrating and disappointing for my son. More

That's a 9% increase. My salesperson offered for me to talk to their advertising department to understand the disparity in pricing, as if the advertising department had any say in pricing policy. I asked to talk to the sales manager. Still waiting for their call. More

We bought a Nissan Armada and it did not have headsets and Andre promised to get them for us. The finance department was also very accommodating and informed us about all the documents we were signing. C. Norton was the man in finance. The only thing that we did not like was the sales pitch about the paint from one of their managers. Just tell them that you will wash and wax the car. Otherwise you will be paying $ 1998, or $799 after he decides to discount it. More
Bait and switch. They will not sell cars at their asking price. They try to add on %20 to the advertised price of any car they have listed.
