I received a call Saturday morning from Victor telling that I qualified to refinance at a lower rate my current car loan. I agreed to come in at the agreed time. I told him I didn’t the time look around He said they would try see if they could make something happen I left it’s been 3 days& I have texted Victor to see if there’s any good news or what’s the current situation Well I’m very disappointed I was treated like a number that they needed on Saturday to show that someone came in I would of been ok with a simple at this time we can’t work with you Instead everything I received was crickets no response Poor Poor Poor customers service I don’t recommended this dealership or Victor. I had the best experience at Ed Napleton when I purchased my 2020 Acura RDX. The salesman Willy was great to work with. I asked for a white RDX and he found one that fit my budget nicely. Such a horrible experience I purchased an Acura RDX with 3k miles that was certified. There are deep scratches in the glass. Several calls were not returned by sales managers and when I went in to have the car assessed, they were less than helpful. I was told that yes the scratches were significant and the sales person assigned to assist me actually said "if I sold you this car I would have told you about the scratches" and he offered to have me "pick out a new car" then went on to say the "new car" would be $5k more along with a greater monthly payment. They would not assist in glass replacement or even changing the worst of the two effected windows. I have such buyers remorse over how I was treated that I cannot enjoy my purchase at all. I work very hard and have a fairly emotional attachment to how I spend/ invest my money. I am disgusted that I supported a place that treats its' customers like this. Please find a dealer that will value you as a customer and this place has no customer service qualities or accountability. More

He was very knowledgeable about the car explaining it to me in great detail and personal telling me about his experience driving one of these SUV's. Wilson took me thru the purchasing process step by step, explaining to me all of my options which I felt was very genuine and not someone trying to get his sell. That meant a lot to me, and I would recommend him to all of my family and friends. I also would like to thank Donnie Donchoavramov, he did all of my final paperwork, but with Donnie it was not just about getting me to sign across the dotted lines, I felt like I could have sat in his office and talked for hours, he had some very nice music playing in the back ground and we just talked Basketball for the entire paperwork process. Switched from McGrath Acura in Westmont The staff we dealt with, Dan and Wade, and eventually Connor, were beyond anything I have ever experienced at an Acura dealership. They really struck a balance between not being pushy salesmen and salesmen who don't care about the customer at all. We initially came to the dealership because of their proximity to a BMW dealership when comparing the new RDX and the X3. After talking to Wade, Dan, the manager, stepped out of his office to welcome us and discuss pricing of the new 2019 RDX. His approach and customer service skills were something I have never experienced at any dealership. Initially, we had zero intentions of buying an Acura from Ed Napleton, but after having a casual, and pretty long, conversation with the above listed individuals, we decided to get a car from them, especially that our regular dealership that we bought multiple cars from (McGrath Acura in Westmont) was disrespectful. The entire experience did not feel like car buying as we all know it; it was very relaxed and professional at the same time. For as long as my family buys Acuras, Dan, Wade, and Connor have earned Ed Napleton Acura customers for life... as long as nobody else at that dealer ruins what they have established with us. More
