My wife and I drove an hour away to the dealership originally By far the worse dealership experience ever! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! A dealership of misfits! My wife and I drove an hour away to the dealership originally to test drive and hopefully purchase a pre-driven 2020 Acura TLX. The vehicle was advertised at $25,997. After test driving and then being presented numbers the dealer added some additional products for us to purchase call the Napleton Package and Certification. The salesman was not able to explain what each item was nor able to explain the value of buying so my wife and I decided not to purchase. After saying we didn’t want it, we were told that we had no choice but to purchase it, in order to get the discounted vehicle price, we had to buy the additional products. We thought that to be a little odd and unethical that you discount the vehicle’s purchase price then you force us to buy your additional products. I thought purchasing anything more was our choice as the buyer but according to their policy it isn’t you have to purchase the extras or not buy the car. After going back and forth with the salesman the manager Matt he told us that he could get us a new RDX for the same price and that we would save money and that it was a great buy. I insisted to my wife that we leave because I didn’t fell the dealership was honest and trustworthy. But we stayed, the manager Matt then presented to us the numbers on the RDX and once again there was this Napleton Package and some other add-ons that again he said we had to buy in order to get the vehicles discounted price. I have bought many vehicles and been presented before with the dealerships “preferred customer package” or additional vehicle products, but it was always my option to buy it or not, never ever being told I had to buy. As a consumer in today's times we all want to know we are spending our hard-earned money wisely, not something just being forced down our throats to buy. I thought if you are selling something you present it show its features and benefits, as well as build value in whatever it may be that is being presented. Bottom-line the dealership lied about everything the price of the vehicle, additional products and even the finance options. I will never do business and advise you all to not do business with any Napleton store or at most not this one!!! More
SCAM. Price on Cars. com is plus $1,350 plus ??? Went to look at what appeared to be a well priced SUV. I agreed to pay the price and then they told me that they had to add $1,350 for the Napleton's Went to look at what appeared to be a well priced SUV. I agreed to pay the price and then they told me that they had to add $1,350 for the Napleton's Experience Package (mandatory). So in reality the advertised price is just a hook to get you in the store. I will not do business with companies like this. They tell you that the vehicle has undergone a rigorous inspection and when I asked to see the inspection sheet they said that it was not available on the computer. It should be a hard copy in the deal-bag..ask for it!... More

My brother has been to a few dealerships before and they all tried giving him the run around and were pushy and just did not have my brother's best interest at heart. They just wanted to get another notch on their belt. With Haris that was not the case. My brother was very pleased to have him answer all his questions, be professional, and go above and beyond without being rude and pushy. At no time did we feel as if he didn't care, he knew what he was talking about and offered the best deal possible! Very pleased with another great experience and you know we will continue to spread the word! More

Salesperson ran my credit with some companies I did not authorize and comes back with over 4,000 in Addt’l fees- 1895 Under the hood inspection, 1395 Napleton pkg which is useless to me and 895 processing fee which shouldn’t be more than 600. After telling him he lost his xxxx mind he comes back and say can take 1,000 off, I told him that’s not gonna work and he says he’s not the owner. So I’m taking my time to look. Mgmt calls me 2 days later to ask what happen and I explain and he says he’s gonna look into it and get back to me. and 5 days later I haven’t heard from him. But from reading reviews everybody having issues with there hidden fees. Rip off Rip off More

The team at Ed Napleton did everything possible to insure I left happy and with the car I was looking for. They went above and beyond to work with me without being pushy and the team happily stayed late on a Saturday night so I could complete my purchase. Very glad I came here to buy my first car and would highly recommend! More

Where do I start Called the dealership at Noon. Told them we were an hour away. The car we were interested in was still there and they took down our contact info. G Called the dealership at Noon. Had been in accident (Carfax) and was same price. Car had headlight out, rear tire was flat, still thought it was worth discussing. After 2.5 hours of life lost, Didn't negotiate a price, wouldn't budge...ok. Charged us $2,400 vehicle inspection even though many things were missed and I have never heard of that charge. Charged us $895 for oil changes and maintenance that we had no choice but to take, $895 in processing fees, $602 doc fees and title (legit), 15% interest on a $13,000 loan and a 700 credit score. Vehicle listed at $13,000 turned out to be more then $21,000. CROOKS! Had a few choice words to the manager, sales person, etc. Wont ever return here and will make sure Napleton will always be the worst car experience ever that I will keep telling over and over. More
