What an experience. I came here for a car I saw on CarGurus. I had just got in an accident the weekend before and really needed a car and was super excited to find a car I loved for a good price. My salesman Victor was super friendly and helpful and helped me out with insurance and everything. The finance guy was a little bit of an issue though. I went home the next day and looked over my paperwork and noticed numbers were off and there was papers missing. I came back in and the sales manager and a different finance person were more than willing to fix it and redo my contract correctly. It would’ve been nice to not have that whole issue happen but the fact they were willing to make it right is why I’m still giving 4 stars More

Buyer Beware - The 'Ol Bait and Switch My review is very similar to previous 1-Star Ratings. My initial impressions of the dealership were positive: professional salesperson, spotless sh My review is very similar to previous 1-Star Ratings. My initial impressions of the dealership were positive: professional salesperson, spotless showroom, and the vehicle I was interested in was beautifully detailed and appeared exactly as described on their website. Before I dump on them, I have to state as a cash buyer - I do not know how they deal with people looking to finance their purchase. However, I can take a pretty good guess. After looking over the vehicle and taking it for a spin I was very enthusiastic. I thought to myself, "I have no problem giving them their asking price and getting out of here with an additional $2,000 or so in taxes and fees. Both sides of the deal will be happy with the ease and results of the transaction." Then the salesperson "ran the numbers". He came back with a total of approximately $30,800 for a vehicle sticker'd at $22,997. HUH?!? This total included approximately $1,400 for a dent and windshield protection plan and the BIG DOG - $3,900 for a "Used Car Dealer Inspection Fee". Yeah...seriously. I was shocked. I told the salesperson I was not interested in the protection plan. The only thing I could come up with for such a crazy inspection fee at the time was some sort of requirement for an Illinois lemon law. After some research I can tell you, it is not. The salesperson took the amount I was willing to spend to the decision maker and came back with their minimum to get the vehicle off the lot, $27,000. Still $4,000 over their initial asking price. I would imagine they make off pretty well sticking these fees to customers who are uncomfortable asking questions or unprepared to walk away from a deal. If you're thinking of shopping at Ed Napleton Acura, I'd recommend you be prepared to do both of these things. Good Luck! More

It's been 3 weeks and nobody return my call to give me the lender's name . More
