I went in to purchase a bmw x1 2017 the price on the car was 26,995 I confirmed the price on the car before I got there to test drive the car the test drive went well my first sales guy was harris very nic was 26,995 I confirmed the price on the car before I got there to test drive the car the test drive went well my first sales guy was harris very nice guy and I actually liked the car now lets talk numbers I don't no if the problem was I was a women of color or they just thought I was a anxious idiot who couldn't count first they tell me 700 a month for 72 months with 3500 down now thats $53,900 for a 26,995 car really then they say it was capital one however i was already pre approved with capital one before i arrived i did all of that paperwork online so now as i am leaving they say we are trying to work with capital one so I leave and call capital one and what was submitted to them was $31,310 purchase price. $3000 service contract, $3691 tax title and license other fees $999 now explain to me how a $26,995 end up $39000 before financing this is crazy i can't explain this and have the proof to support this i wish they had a way to upload something so you can see for yourself i did not expect this from them and I will spread the word watch out and pay attention like I said I dont no if this happen because I was a women of color or what however this did not add up and if the price on the car was 26,995 how did it jump to 31,310 what was the extra $4315 for More

I live out of state and tried to purchase a Jeep from this dealer but they didn’t have the decency to even return my calls. I called on a 2018 Jeep Trackhawk the day it posted & was told it hadn’t arrive this dealer but they didn’t have the decency to even return my calls. I called on a 2018 Jeep Trackhawk the day it posted & was told it hadn’t arrive yet. I offered to make a deposit to hold the vehicle and was told I couldn’t. I called again 3 days later and was given the same treatment. Against my better judgement I inquired via autotrader a week later and got a call within an hour. I again offered to make a deposit and was told she needed to speak to her manager & would call me back. That return call again never happened. I feel it’s pretty bad customer service when you have a buyer, cash in hand, willing to pay full asking price for a vehicle and you can’t even respond. I would never recommend this dealer or their horrible customer service to anyone. More
