I live out of state and tried to purchase a Jeep from this dealer but they didn’t have the decency to even return my calls. I called on a 2018 Jeep Trackhawk the day it posted & was told it hadn’t arrive this dealer but they didn’t have the decency to even return my calls. I called on a 2018 Jeep Trackhawk the day it posted & was told it hadn’t arrive yet. I offered to make a deposit to hold the vehicle and was told I couldn’t. I called again 3 days later and was given the same treatment. Against my better judgement I inquired via autotrader a week later and got a call within an hour. I again offered to make a deposit and was told she needed to speak to her manager & would call me back. That return call again never happened. I feel it’s pretty bad customer service when you have a buyer, cash in hand, willing to pay full asking price for a vehicle and you can’t even respond. I would never recommend this dealer or their horrible customer service to anyone. More

Honesty and professional treatment by Connor and Wilson I was introduced to Napleton Acura by three other area Acura dealers who told me one thing and changed their deal when it came time to close. I contacted Napleton who offered me a deal and stuck to it. I have since purchased five Acura cars, four in the last year.
