Needless to say, the fact that I refuse to take my Dodge to the “Dodge” store in town and instead only use the GM store should speak for itself. When I did try and use the Dodge store for routine service, it wasn’t the Mechanics, but the Service Desk I had a problem with. The were inattentive, rude and basically showed they could care less. So be it - I’ve been doing business with the GM store since I got to town in ‘94. They’re always respectful, friendly and professional. Not sure what went wrong either he Dodge store, nor do I care.
