Pretty seamless, but I did feel like we were an inconvenience asking specific questions about the vehicle. I also was looked at like I was crazy asking if they would take $2000 less than asking pri inconvenience asking specific questions about the vehicle. There finance person was great, very professional and understanding of my needs. The sales person didn't seem to know much about the car. And accessory was in the vehicle listing that was never given to understanding of my needs. The sales person didn't seem to know much about the car. The drivers floor mat was missing and I was offered to have a gift card sent to me, but it never arrived. Now the sales person doesn't return my calls. Would not recommend. More

Drove 20 min. for my oil change appt. Got there 10 min. early. Was told normal 1 hr. oil change would be 2 hrs. due to staffing issues. When I paid for it, pric for my oil change appt.
