I have been working with Brent Bramwell since before his time at Ed Martin for mostly new vehicles, but recently a used duramax. If my vehicle is in the shop for more than a quick oil change, he’ll make sure I have something to drive when the service department doesn’t. Classic bait and switch Negotiated by phone with Bryce Benefielon at 2:13 PM on a 2015 Silverado 1500 High Country with 201,589 miles. He had to talk to his manager but calls me back at 2:45 PM and lets me know that they can sell the truck for $17,900, plus whatever the trade value of my truck was. I said great, and we set up a time at noon the next day. I let him know that I will call him if anything changes. Woke up that morning and decided not to take my truck, as we are dealing with a hit and run and didn't want to get rid of the truck before its finalized I packed the kids in our car at 6am CST and took the 4 hour drive to the dealership, arriving just before 11am EST. Upon arrival and after the test drive, we were informed by Bryce that a guy in Arizona is thinking about buying the truck and has offered the dealership $18,900. After some back and forth with the salesman, he said the lowest they could go is $18,600. Something tells me that there is no "guy in Arizona" and the entire thing was to draw me into the dealership thinking that I wouldn't change my mind over $700 after driving for 4 hours. I'm calling and sending emails to GM corporate, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Indiana Attorney General's office tomorrow morning letting them know about this dealerships fraudulent practices. More

Started off rocky but ended better than we hoped. We just bought our car 2 weeks ago. We went in to the Nissan dealership first and had a horrible experience. We followed that directly by going to the Chevrolet dealership. There we were greeted by Alex and within 30 mins we had agreed on a price and were writing the check. An hour after that we drove away in a new vehicle. Alex made every step of the car buying process easy. I would recommend him and Ed Martin Chevrolet for anyones car buying needs. Alex has gone above and beyond since our purchase with making sure our needs have been met. More

The very first salesman to greet us, Brant Bramwell was the most degrading, arrogant xxxxxxx of a salesman I have EVER come across!!! He did not like me doing a very, very simple inspection of the engine compartment. I got cussed at a few times and degraded for supposedly not fastening the radiator cap back down correctly. The guy flipped like a light switch! Beware!!! Brian was the next to show up and all seemed to be going good until it came time for a test drive. We were told if we couldn't pay their asking price, then we were wasting our time and not welcome for a test drive. We were determined to make a purchase, and were definitely going to until we received his phone call during the test drive and asked "what was taking so long, we have another customer here waiting to pay the asking price". I would never go back to that xxxx hole!!!! More
