We had our 2021 Trailblazer serviced here. Our radio became faulty after 5 months of having it. We took it in (June 2021), but they stated it was working fine for them. The same day we took Our radio became faulty after 5 months of having it. We took it in (June 2021), but they stated it was working fine for them. The same day we took it home, it stopped working again. The backup camera would work driving forward, the radio screen would take about 20-30 minutes to start. So I called back and stated we would like a new one ordered. We were told at least different 3 times that the radio had been ordered but it was on back order, when in fact, it had never been ordered. Then they stated in April of this year that they wouldn't replace it because it was outside of warranty, but we had complained about it several times while in warranty. Finally we were told that they would cover the cost to replace it, I even had them include that on the paper work order that the cost would be "$0". However, they did not honor that and still charged us $67 to replace. I understand that this is not a ton of money, however they did not stand by what they stated and wrote in writing. We will never recommend nor use Ed Martin for service or purchasing ever again. More
