Thank you for the apology. I e-mailed with both of you the next day which wasn't even a business day (Sunday) and that's when I made my appointment with you. Unfortunately at this point it's a day late and a dollar short though (or actually 7 days late and $65,000 short). I'm glad you made your sale and I ended up making my purchase so in the end, everyone won. I wasn't going to leave a negative review but cars.com kept e-mailing me about leaving one so I gave in.
