Nothing against Jake, I ended up working with a different sales person in the end due to gaps of when my car was available due to inventory. While Ed Martin did find the spec of car I wanted, it was very hey sales person in the end due to gaps of when my car was available due to inventory. While Ed Martin did find the spec of car I wanted, it was very hey sign here and leave. Once the paperwork was completed getting answers on certain questions I had was near to impossible to get. I prefer Hubler Acura but they unfortunately couldn’t get a TLX Type S ordered for me due to being a smaller dealership. But their customer service is superior to Ed Martin. More

Matt was great and patient with me . He didn't push aggressive sale and let me make my own decision.
