My husband and have purchased acura's and own two from this dealership. My husband passed away and now I have to get service done there without my husband's assistance. I found Kevin the service guy was a this dealership. My husband passed away and now I have to get service done there without my husband's assistance. I found Kevin the service guy was almost rude when I called.. I asked for a loaner as I didn't want to wait one hour and half ... my husband passed away 28 days ago and I'm 72.. I'm not feeling wonderful and I didn't know how long I would be stuck there. I'm going to have say Kevin was condescending I agreed to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes as I really didn't have a choice ... my husband isn't around to pick me up anymore. Is this how you treat customers at this dealership? More

Acura did not provide a booklet to learn the in's and out's of the navagation system. We were extremely disappointed a booklet was not included with the product of a high end car manufacturer. The 'nonexistant' booklet is referred to in other product literature. More
