However, I wrote to Ford Motor Company last week for help and I received a letter from someone by the name of Ben in Customer Relations. I wrote him asking for help and he wrote me back and said he could not help. As you know by looking at my record that I am driving my second Lincoln and I love it. In fact I went to the dealer here Ed Howard and spoke with the Sales Manager and told him I would like to try and terminate my lease on my MKC and get buy a new MKZ Hybrid. He said he was not interested in making a deal since he sold the MKZ Hybrid as quick as he could get them in. I said I would pay in cash and he said he was better off with a finance because he made more money. So long story short I went to Honda yesterday and purchased an Accord Hybrid and traded in my MKC which they were glad to do.
