However, I wrote to Ford Motor Company last week for help and I received a letter from someone by the name of Ben in Customer Relations. I wrote him asking for help and he wrote me back and said he could not help. As you know by looking at my record that I am driving my second Lincoln and I love it. In fact I went to the dealer here Ed Howard and spoke with the Sales Manager and told him I would like to try and terminate my lease on my MKC and get buy a new MKZ Hybrid. He said he was not interested in making a deal since he sold the MKZ Hybrid as quick as he could get them in. I said I would pay in cash and he said he was better off with a finance because he made more money. So long story short I went to Honda yesterday and purchased an Accord Hybrid and traded in my MKC which they were glad to do. All GREAT experiences. Vehicles were shown, options discussed, friendly, helpful. We were greeted at the door by a salesperson, and explained we were just looking, and would not be purchasing until Spring 2017, When asked for our names and phone, we replied we would not provide personal information other than first names. The salesperson seemed to loose interest, and we were treated with indifference. We had not been to dealership since 2002, when we experienced a "High Pressure" salesperson. Today was our LAST visit to this dealership. We then went to a competitor in Bradenton and had an outstanding experience.....we expect to purchase a MKX next spring from them. More
Maybe the Best dealer in the country We evaluated the top large SUVs on the market. We were pushed, yelled at, had our arms bent backwards and even asked how much we'd be willing to pay Then we went to Ed Howard Lincoln where Joe Stratton said "hello" and "welcome" and offered to show us the model we liked. He offered to let us test drive. He offered to discuss the fine points of the Navigator (our choice) and really knew his product. No pushing. No "what will it take to get your business " just courtesy and a fair deal. We bought the Navigator We met several folks there including the manager, Mike. Everyone was gracious. They valued our business. They sold us a great vehicle. We are on the road in it, hauling a trailer effortlessly and headed North! I have to say it: we love our Lincoln. We are so glad we went to Ed Howard Lincoln. And as for Joe Stratton, he believes Lincolns sell themselves. He just helps the process along More

The primary reason I continue to purchase my vehicles at the Ed Howard Dealership is because of their excellent Service Department. Steve Fine and Lanora Smiley are the reason this particular Service Department excels in every facet. They are not only professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful, but they take a personal concern in assisting each and every customer. What a remarkable difference. Joe Stratton was professional, friendly, helpful - a pleasure to work with - as was Jim Halas who worked with my husband and me the following day to finalize the lease. Joe asked the right questions which helped with the pricing due to my husband's pension program. At the previous dealerships the sales representatives were only interested in the highest monthly payment with the most money down. They played the games that I have experienced before. In addition to the honesty, and helpfulness, the MKC is a dream compared to the others I have had, and test driven. I love it, and will be a Lincoln devotee from now on. Whatever you are doing to make this the most pleasurable car buying experience ever - don't stop. Grandson Riley was impressed, too. He thinks "we" made the correct decision. More
Honesty, Integrety, Personal Care in Service We were fortunate to have our car serviced by an honest technician and to have a service department managed by an honest man with integrity and attent We were fortunate to have our car serviced by an honest technician and to have a service department managed by an honest man with integrity and attention to personal care. About a month prior to getting our car serviced for an A/C issue, we had lost an envelope with a large amount of cash obtained during a charity fund raiser. My wife thought she had placed it in the glove compartment, but we were unable to find it anywhere in the car. When servicing the A/C, the technician had to remove the glove compartment and discovered the envelope. With knowledge that we were traveling and not at our home location, he had the option of saying nothing and keeping the envelope, but he did the honest thing and brought it to the service manager Steve Fine, who promptly called to notify us and held the envelope for us to come retrieve. This demonstrates excellent management and choice of employees as well as a personal concern for customers. Thank you very much. More

LIGHT FIXTURE REPLACEMENT AND COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE Took MKZ for recalled light fixture and service was very, very good. Lenora was very professional and polite. The complimentary car wash is always welcomed but this time the wheels/hub caps were not cleaned. If the vehicle is washed using a drive-thru machine, the bottom section was not touched; a personal inspection would have easily spotted this and a piece of wet cloth would have completed the job.
