Today, they came and picked up the car, repaired it (new tire) and then Steve the manager drove it back to me at my office. Now, that's service. It took four days of going over the vhicle, but finally the problems were resolved. The car is fine. I would definately use them again. More

Always Friendly Everytime I visit they are extremely kind and caring from the time you make the appointment until the work is completed. I often wait because it is either a maintenance or easy to resolve issue, and if it isn't they always offer me a replacement car each time. Once I brought it in without an appointment to see if they would need to order a part and the service writer not only looked at the issue and fixed it in the spot and let me watch. I am very mechanicly inclined but this was more of a Rubics cube issue for me it was amazing to watch and I learned how to do it myself if it happened again. I also bring my other vehicle 2001 Ford Mustang Convertible here for maintenance. More

The place is modest in size compared to most of the mega dealerships on the same road which leaves you feeling more cared for. I was greeted immediately when I entered the front door, it was a legitimate welcome and not an attack, The sales rep Ted Long was happy to help me test drive the MKC. I currently drive a Cadillac SRX and it is the closest model to it. He was very knowledgeable about the dealership, brand and the vehicle, I was greatly impressed with Ted Long and will definitely consider Lincoln because of my experience today. More

Before doing so I was fortunate enough to talk to Brett Schanker several times to get information on the vehicle. He supplied all the information I asked for and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Everyone at the dealership made the car buying experience great, but Brett made it exceptional. Before my wife drove off, Brett even spent time explaining how to set features in the car as there is a high learning curve in some of the Lincoln vehicles. That was truly awesome and rare to find these days. More
