I appreciate the time and patience he afforded me while I took my time. I felt at ease during the whole experience purchasing my new 2014 Honda Accord. Paul Allen was wonderful explaining the finance and warranties that were available, never felt pressured once. Yes I definitely recommend this dealership and it's staff to anyone in need. More

My husband and I had been searching specifically for a Toyota 4Runner for a while and we found one at Economy Honda. It was a good price and pretty close to everything we were looking for. We test drove Toyota 4Runner for a while and we found one at Economy Honda. It was a good price and pretty close to everything we were looking for. We test drove the vehicle and came back a few days later prepared to buy. We stood in the lot for a while looking and no one ever approached us (probably because we are young). We finally went in and asked for anyone that was willing to help us. We told them we were ready to buy and they asked if we were sure...really?? Easiest sale you have ever made and you ask if we are sure. If we hadn't been looking for the right car for so long we would have walked out. We then filled out the initial paperwork and were asked to wait a few minutes. Over an hour later they were finally ready to even talk pricing with us, at this point we should have just left. We have already told you we want to buy this car, why would you leave us sitting around waiting forever? When we finally reached and agreement, we waited another hour to sign the papers and the whole time we were not really informed of what was going on. After the whole ordeal and the car was finally ours, they didn't even wash it for us, they walked us out the door like some random customer that didn't buy anything. I was furious with the entire experience and I learned my lesson. I will not be going to Economy Honda Superstore and I have told everyone I know about this experience. It's hard to believe that just because my husband and I are a young couple, we were not treated with the same respect as every other paying customer. More

When my wife & I went to Economy Honda, Sal Greco was our salesman. It was a very cold evening & Sal was great. The jeep we went to look at was already sold. Sal showed us several other Jeeps. John was a great salesman. He took time to show us all the ins and outs of van and was knowledgable of the van. We had to get the van we wanted transferred from another dealership and John kept us inform the ins and outs of van and was knowledgable of the van. We had to get the van we wanted transferred from another dealership and John kept us informed about the status on the van. It was over the holidays and he went above and beyond to make sure time was not delayed in getting our van. We came in knowing what we wanted and he provided the necessary information to seal the deal. Kendric was great to work with as well on the financial part of the deal. He was courteous, friendly and not pushy. He explained the extra services and warranties and did not make us feel pressured to buy but offered in a practical manner. Overall, our experience was great with John and Kendric. I would definitely recommend John to friends and family! More

My husband and I have a 2 year old daughter and are expecting twins in March. We came to Honda to upgrade our Dodge SUV for a minivan. We looked at a couple used Odysseys and decided to look at a 2013 expecting twins in March. We came to Honda to upgrade our Dodge SUV for a minivan. We looked at a couple used Odysseys and decided to look at a 2013 model. Shane was very very patient with us and gave us our space to discuss our options and even let us test out the car seats in the van to really get the feel of things. The financial department was very busy so Shane went out of his way to keep us comfortable and even helped entertain our daughter. Driving off the lot in a brand new minivan never felt so good!! More
