We were actively looking for a used Honda (Civic or Accord). From the moment Robert began helping me, he was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. He did not treat me "less than" for looking for a used car vs. new (VERY important to me!). The first car I looked at was sold the evening I test drove it to someone else. He followed up to let me know, and then offered other suggestions. Unfortunately, before he could locate one that suited my budget, I found another vehicle at a different dealership. However, we are loyal Honda drivers and when I'm in the market again, I would definitely ask for Robert. He's a wonderful addition to the Economy Honda team. One more note: When I walked in, two salesmen were standing around the receptionist (may have been with customers but looked bored). They greeted me very enthusiastically. I spoke to the receptionist and asked for someone my husband had worked with in the past, whom I learned no longer works in sales. It was obvious I was looking for a used car and when the receptionist asked the two salesmen if they'd like to help me, and they quickly declined. It really appeared that they didn't want to deal with someone buying used (I never saw them with a customer and I was there a while). I hated that. Robert, on the other hand, never made me feel that way. I felt like I cheated on him when I found a car that suited budget elsewhere! :) That speaks volumes about his style and customer service!! :) More

This dealership is top notch.I reside in Atlanta and I went to Willett Honda in morrow,Georgia to inquire on the price of a 2013 honda accord,the response I got was not rude however showed no interest in went to Willett Honda in morrow,Georgia to inquire on the price of a 2013 honda accord,the response I got was not rude however showed no interest in trying to earn my business,it felt like i was blocking them from thier lunch breaks,so I went online and found Economy Honda with a great price,I was very hesitant to drive over 140 miles away,I did not want to experience what i had at Willett Honda.The Internet sales team was great,they were the one's on the ball from the beginning providing me with much needed information (Jack and Amanda).When i reached at the dealership i was blown away by Brad and Charles,these guys know thier stuff. It is sad that i had to leave my home state to expierence GREAT customer service,thanks to Willet Honda in Morrow Georgia for not delivering the service that is expected so I would never had to go to Economy Honda which is over 140 miles away from where i reside in Georgia. More

I honestly felt like queen for a day due to the friendly service and help Larry gave me while choosing a car. He guided me every step of the way to get this beautiful car leased and his knowledge of all as service and help Larry gave me while choosing a car. He was very personable as well....I just can't say enough nice things about him. Also Faith took care of the paperwork without a hitch and was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to be with throughout that portion of the day. These 2 people know their jobs well and care about their clients. I feel that Economy Honda must be proud to call them their people! Also I want to commend the dealership as a whole because every person I was even near was friendly and smiling. We were also offered pizza, brought soft drinks, and so much more I can't even begin to describe. Well, my first remark pretty much sums it up...I felt like queen for a day. Thanks so much to Larry, Faith, the dealership for the wonderful service at such a good price deal (which Larry worked hard to get for me) and everyone there at the store. I will always recommend Economy Honda in Chattanooga to anyone I run across looking to get a new vehicle. My brother Al Foster said you were the best and he was absolutely right. I just purchased my 4th car from Economy Honda. They are with out a doubt the best Honda dealership anywhere! This is the second time I have bought a car from Larry Fultz. Larry is first class. He is friendly, honest and very enjoyable to do business with. I have owned Hondas since 1996 and will not buy any other brand. Honda makes the best cars period and Economy Honda matches the product they sell. They are the best! More

I purchased a Honda civic Hybrid in 2010 from economy and drove it for a year and a half, I went to trade it in at economy for new civic. Upon appraisal I was told that the vehicle had been wrecked and its d drove it for a year and a half, I went to trade it in at economy for new civic. Upon appraisal I was told that the vehicle had been wrecked and its dean had been welded back together, thus the trade in offer was half of what I was expecting. The problem is I purchased this vehicle from economy and was never made aware of the damage, nor did i have to sign a form saying I accepted the damage. In fact I was told that all the Honda preowned vehicles went through a multi point check list. I was not helped out all on this issue and had to eat the negative equity. I signed papers for a new civic, agreed on interest rate, and payments. I drove the car for a week and was called back and told that my interest rate had gone down and I needed to come sign the papers. Upon arrival I was told that the civic was not mine, the deal did not go through, and I could leave the lot with it. I was then told the deal would only work with an accord ($100 more a month) I have driven the accord 8months and had to replace the brakes at 15,000 and again today at 21,000. Now the service dept. was helpful and did 1 "courtesy" replacement. I inquired to the salesmen about trading for a new accord lx (like my current accord) and I shared with him my past experience and purposes a solution that I wanted to trade for the new accord and remain on the same payment range and same interest rate as my current loan. I received no help and was told that I should have brought up this issues with the wrecked civic when I traded it. (Which I did) i am disappointed as the service and thought I wasn't asking to much. I like the dealership but I am afraid I can not recommend the dealership to a friend and I will have to purchase my next Honda somewhere else. 1.purchased a wrecked car at a certified preowned price, not made aware of damage at all 2. Allowed to leave lot works vehicle and drive for a week, called back and told it didn't work after all, you can leave before your approved? 3.would not make it right, negative equity is due to intial mistake with damaged civic. We were looking for a used Toyota RAV4 and found one that Economy Honda had listed online. The car was in excellent condition and the price was much better than we had seen at other dealerships. We live in Alabama, but after seeing the car, the price and the dealer reviews, we were willing to drive to Chattanooga to get it. I spoke with Ashley Simmons on the internet first, then on the phone. She answered all of my questions about the car and the price. Once we decided on a final price, I put down a deposit so that they would hold the car for me. A few minutes later, I got a call from John Carlisle who introduced himself and said that he would be there to assist us when we arrived at the dealership. We went the next day for a test drive and then purchased the car. The entire process was very smooth. We were in and out much faster than I expected. We do go during the week, as I have heard that weekends are very busy. The staff was so friendly and make the entire experice a great one. I have been telling everybody about Economy Honda and will definitely work with them again in the future! More
