I purchased a Honda civic Hybrid in 2010 from economy and drove it for a year and a half, I went to trade it in at economy for new civic. Upon appraisal I was told that the vehicle had been wrecked and its d drove it for a year and a half, I went to trade it in at economy for new civic. Upon appraisal I was told that the vehicle had been wrecked and its dean had been welded back together, thus the trade in offer was half of what I was expecting. The problem is I purchased this vehicle from economy and was never made aware of the damage, nor did i have to sign a form saying I accepted the damage. In fact I was told that all the Honda preowned vehicles went through a multi point check list. I was not helped out all on this issue and had to eat the negative equity. I signed papers for a new civic, agreed on interest rate, and payments. I drove the car for a week and was called back and told that my interest rate had gone down and I needed to come sign the papers. Upon arrival I was told that the civic was not mine, the deal did not go through, and I could leave the lot with it. I was then told the deal would only work with an accord ($100 more a month) I have driven the accord 8months and had to replace the brakes at 15,000 and again today at 21,000. Now the service dept. was helpful and did 1 "courtesy" replacement. I inquired to the salesmen about trading for a new accord lx (like my current accord) and I shared with him my past experience and purposes a solution that I wanted to trade for the new accord and remain on the same payment range and same interest rate as my current loan. I received no help and was told that I should have brought up this issues with the wrecked civic when I traded it. (Which I did) i am disappointed as the service and thought I wasn't asking to much. I like the dealership but I am afraid I can not recommend the dealership to a friend and I will have to purchase my next Honda somewhere else. 1.purchased a wrecked car at a certified preowned price, not made aware of damage at all 2. Allowed to leave lot works vehicle and drive for a week, called back and told it didn't work after all, you can leave before your approved? 3.would not make it right, negative equity is due to intial mistake with damaged civic. We were looking for a used Toyota RAV4 and found one that Economy Honda had listed online. The car was in excellent condition and the price was much better than we had seen at other dealerships. We live in Economy Honda had listed online. The car was in excellent condition and the price was much better than we had seen at other dealerships. We live in Alabama, but after seeing the car, the price and the dealer reviews, we were willing to drive to Chattanooga to get it. I spoke with Ashley Simmons on the internet first, then on the phone. She answered all of my questions about the car and the price. Once we decided on a final price, I put down a deposit so that they would hold the car for me. A few minutes later, I got a call from John Carlisle who introduced himself and said that he would be there to assist us when we arrived at the dealership. We went the next day for a test drive and then purchased the car. The entire process was very smooth. We were in and out much faster than I expected. We do go during the week, as I have heard that weekends are very busy. The staff was so friendly and make the entire experice a great one. I have been telling everybody about Economy Honda and will definitely work with them again in the future! More
Being the proud new father of twin girls, I knew that we would need a more reliable mode of transportation. John Carlisle understood what we wanted and took us right to a new CRV. This car was exactly what would need a more reliable mode of transportation. John Carlisle understood what we wanted and took us right to a new CRV. This car was exactly what we were looking for. He gave us the best price in the region and showed us all the nice new standard features that came with the vehicle. I will be a lifetime customer to John and will refer anyone looking for an upfront down to earth salesman that will get you what you need. More
On February 20, 2013 I accompanied my granddaughter, a 26 yr old RN, to Economy Honda. She was interested in buying a new 2013 Honda Civic. The Salesman, Joe Williams, was very courteous and helpful. 26 yr old RN, to Economy Honda. She was interested in buying a new 2013 Honda Civic. The Salesman, Joe Williams, was very courteous and helpful. After a new car was selected the Salesman consulted with other Staff behind the glass windows in the showroom. He then informed my granddaughter and I Honda would finance the car at 1.9% interest rate and she WOULD NOT need a co-signer, We were somewhat concerned since she had very little credit history. She gave Economy Honda a $2000.00 deposit to hold the car until March 1st, 2013 on which date the purchase would take place. This is the date the new Georgia Vehicle Title law took effect. On March 1st, we arrived at Economy Honda at approximately 6 pm where we were met by the salesman Joe Williams. To make a long story short we waited around for over 2 hours before being called back to the office of the Financial Manager, Ryan Ziegler, who advised my granddaughter and I that because of her lack of Credit History Honda would not finance the car at 1.9% interest unless she had a co-signer. The only other alternative was to finance with some other Company at a much higher rate of interest. I agreed to co-sign with her due to the fact she desperately needed a car to use on her job as a Registered Nurse who travels daily throughout North Georgia. We agreed to buy the car despite the fact a $599 "Processing Fee" and $99 "PHANTOM FOOTPRINT" fee was added to the price of the car. My family and I had purchased three new Honda Accords from Economy Honda over the past few years and were always treated fairly. I could not believe the way we were treated this time. We were also pressured to buy additional things such as auto detailing, seat fabric treatment, extended warranty and some other add on. Despite informing the Salesman and Financial Manager we did not need or want these extra additions they would not let up until we threatened to cancel the sale and ask for the $2000 deposit be returned. As for myself, I will never buy another car from Economy Honda. This also goes for members of my family. My advice to the public is buyer beware. More

Alfred was so nice and didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. I have to say Alfred and Hank made buying my used car the most fun I've ever had in a dealership before. Kudos to both of them!! Jeff, answered most of our questions over the phone so when we arrived at the dealership we were ready to buy. We couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, courteous and helpful consultant. We didn't require financial assistance, however, Hank Coyle proposed add-on options which were available for us to purchase. He was very friendly and personable and we bought 2 additional options and are happy with our decision. We plan to buy from Economy Honda in the future. More

It was snowing really hard but it didn't matter, he still brought cars around for us to try out. I knew I wanted a new Accord, but I couldn't make up my mind about the color. It didn't matter to Jeff he gave me plenty of time. I wanted to look at a red Accord, but I didn't see one on the lot. I asked Jeff and he looked on the computer, found one and brought it up for us to test drive. I chose the red Honda and I am very pleased with my decision. I also knew what kind of payment I had in mind and he worked with us on this process. My husband bought a Honda Civic from Jeff in May 2012 and was happy with the friendly attitude and assistance so naturally when I decided to purchase a new car for myself I chose Jeff Newell. More
