We have been doing business with Economy Honda since the early 90's. It was and has always been nothing but a pleasure, and this time was no exception! The entire staff has always been courteous, and custom early 90's. It was and has always been nothing but a pleasure, and this time was no exception! The entire staff has always been courteous, and customer service is at the top of the list. I have and will always recommend to all my friends who are looking to buy to go no other place! Waymond Thompson is the BEST!! He exemplifies what a salesman should be, willing to go the extra mile for his customers, making sure everything is done to make the experience as smooth and problem free as possible. His friendly and courteous persona, makes you immediately comfortable. He has also helped our daughter and son-in-law with several purchases in the past, and they have nothing but but praise for him, and will deal with no other. We all ask for him, and will wait for him to be there! This was our first time meeting with Jeff. But he immediately made us feel so welcome and comfortable. He answered all our questions, and he too made the experience go as smooth as possible. We will continue to do business with the folks at Economy Honda, why would we go anywhere else? Two weeks ago we decided to buy a new CRZ Hybrid. Called 15 dealerships with in a 100 mile radius, from S. Atl to Tenn. We received alot of call backs. I started to go to different dealers and they all tol 15 dealerships with in a 100 mile radius, from S. Atl to Tenn. We received alot of call backs. I started to go to different dealers and they all told me we had some negative equity but they could do the deal but it was going to cost me. I then received a call from Mary. Mary was the sales manager at Economy Honda. I explained to her what I wanted to do. She told me she would look at it and have Robert Graham, New Car Sales, call me back. With in 15 minutes he called back and told me the truth. What they could do and what I needed to do to get there. I met Robert the following day and he showed me the exact car I was looking for. We drove it and came back to the dealership. They ran the numbers and showed me where we were. We were very close. I told him I would think about it and get back to him the next afternoon. I had had an appt to see a car in Atlanta the following morning. Salesman there told me they could do it with out a doubt, beat Economy's price and to come down and get my car. I drove 5 hrs round trip to see this car and salesperson. Was there about 5 hours just to find out that they could do it for $28 plus more a month. He told me it was only $28. Multiply that times term of loan and it was alot! I told him that was not the deal we agreed on and that I was going back to Economy to buy my CRZ. He brought his sales Manager over who proceeded to tell me that Economy was low balling me to get me back for more money and that they could not do the deal. If he could not do it that no one beat their deals! I felt very comfortable with Robert, At Economy and had the gut feeling he was being honest with me. I told the Sales manager that was a chance I would have to take. (By the way, the CRZ they showed me had a dead battery, dirt all over the inside of car and a spent energy drink in the cup holder, big turnoff!!!) As I started to leave they said they would be seeing me the next day to buy their car. On the drive home the Atlanta dealership must have called and texted me 15 times trying to get me back. At that point I called Paul, Finance director at Economy Honda, Tenn. and told him I wanted to put a deposit on the car I looked at. He was incredibly helpful, courteous and professional. He took my payment over the phone and made it too easy! (He also came to meet us while we were buying our car! Wow!) Ten minutes later I got a call from Sherry. She said she was just calling to make sure everything was going to our satisfaction at Economy Honda and if there was anything she could do to help us. ( Another Wow!) We agreed to do the car deal at Economy 2 days later. When we arrived the car was ready, clean and full tank of gas. The dealership was packed! Kinda like "Black Friday" at Wal Mart, but Robert told me they would get us taken care of and they did. At 56 years of age I have purchased many, many vehicles. NEVER have I had such a great experience as this! The Great people at Economy Honda made us feel like family. My next car I will not shop other dealers, I will go straight there. If you are considering a vehicle, don't put yourself through a week like I had, Just go to "Economy Honda!" Ellijay, Ga. More
We received an email regarding the clearing out of 2013 Honda Civics and decided to look into trading our leased vehicle in early to take advantage of the great lease opportunity. Stephanie was great in keeping up with us over the phone and Eric Robinson was a joy to work with. He answered all of our questions and worked hard with his manager Chris in order to make the deal work for us. He was very knowledgeable and personable and we were so pleased with how everything worked out that our daughter also decided to lease another Civic. More
Jason was very friendly curtious. He showed me different models and styles of Hondas. He explained the difference between them. worst place to buy a car from don't buy a car from here I bought a use car as is I knew that it had no warranty with it but I did not exspect it to have transmission problems a week later so I went ta here I bought a use car as is I knew that it had no warranty with it but I did not exspect it to have transmission problems a week later so I went talked to derrick about the problem he talked to his manager and said well we can take a look at it and see what went wrong so I told him my wife could bring it up there Friday and I said how long will it take he said no more then 30 mins ended up bringing it in around 11am and didn't hear back till around4 pm that day he said they was gonna fix it I thought they were going to do the right thing but nope he said he was going to call me later that week to set up a appointment to fix the problem week goes by not one phone call and so I go back up there and said his master mechianc won t be in till tomorrow and said he will call me so he never called me again not a surprise and then I go back up there remind you I went the day before that and he said well we can partially pay for the problem but were not going to pay for the whole repair bill I talked to his manager and his manager was rude straight up nasty do not go and buy from here there rude will lie to you and tell you one thing but do another worst place to buy a car from beware!!!!!! More

I have been a customer of Economy Honda for several years and have purchased about 6 vehicles from this dealership. Their sales & finance staff were great to work with and helpful throughout the entire proc and have purchased about 6 vehicles from this dealership. Their sales & finance staff were great to work with and helpful throughout the entire process. Their service dept is great and I take all my vehicles to them whether it is buying tires, changing oil or any service needed for I know it will be done correctly the first time. More

My husband and I had been searching specifically for a Toyota 4Runner for a while and we found one at Economy Honda. It was a good price and pretty close to everything we were looking for. We test drove the vehicle and came back a few days later prepared to buy. We stood in the lot for a while looking and no one ever approached us (probably because we are young). We finally went in and asked for anyone that was willing to help us. We told them we were ready to buy and they asked if we were sure...really?? Easiest sale you have ever made and you ask if we are sure. If we hadn't been looking for the right car for so long we would have walked out. We then filled out the initial paperwork and were asked to wait a few minutes. Over an hour later they were finally ready to even talk pricing with us, at this point we should have just left. We have already told you we want to buy this car, why would you leave us sitting around waiting forever? When we finally reached and agreement, we waited another hour to sign the papers and the whole time we were not really informed of what was going on. After the whole ordeal and the car was finally ours, they didn't even wash it for us, they walked us out the door like some random customer that didn't buy anything. I was furious with the entire experience and I learned my lesson. I will not be going to Economy Honda Superstore and I have told everyone I know about this experience. It's hard to believe that just because my husband and I are a young couple, we were not treated with the same respect as every other paying customer. More
