We were on a mission to purchase my son, Andy, his first new car. He recently graduated from UTK, landed a job and was ready to dive in. Andy had been researching vehicles for the last seven months which resulted in choosing the Honda Civic. He picked out the one he wanted and away we went. I actually had to work most of this particular Saturday so the last thing i wanted to do was to go buy a car but Andy was excited. We went to the receptionist's desk and within a minute the sales' manager was speaking to us. The salesman runs to get the vehicle number and retrieve the keys. Within 10 minutes we were test driving the Civic Andy wanted. There was no pressure to hurry back so we went for a cruise through the Ridge in Hixson. Andy loved the car. We returned and turned in a credit application. Within 15 minutes we were filling out the paperwork. There was a considerable wait before we were escorted to Financing but it was due to the amount of business that was taking place. During this time, our salesman fed us some homemade barbecue and baked potatoes that he had brought in for his fellow employees. He took the car and had it detailed and then went and filled the gas tank. Once he returned, he took us to the car so Andy could get familiar with all the gadgets. By the time we finished in Finance the car was waiting on us and we were off. Although our wait time was considerable, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever been through. Every Honda associate that we came across was completely friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Don Brown, hustled to have everything done he could. He also updated us throughout the wait as to how much longer it might be. I have always refused to buy a vehicle from a foreign company but Honda changed my mind. Don was able to give me information on the percentage of Honda vehicles that are made in the United States along with reasons why Honda never as recalls. These little tidbits went a long way in my decision to purchase the Civic. Also, Don and Mary Haas treated my son like a regular customer instead of some kid just getting started. We just purchased out 2nd new Honda from this dealership. We could not be more pleased with the process. We live east of Knoxville but it is well worth the drive. Don Brown is WONDERFUL and not your typical car salesman. He is very down to earth and genuine which is very hard to find in the automotive industry. This is my 4th Honda purchase and my 3rd Honda dealership experience and I never once felt like they were trying to swindle me as I have the previous times at other dealerships in Nashville. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this dealership and working with Don if you are within a 150 mile radius because it is definitely worth the drive! More

Having bought many Hondas at other dealerships in several other states between myself and my fiance, we both agreed that this was the absolute easiest new car purchase we've ever made!
