I arrived at the dealership a very wet Jan. 20, 2012. I was offered help right away and was not pressured in any way. Jeff did not try to take advantage of me because I was a woman, like salesmen at other dealerships do. I came to the dealership knowing how much that I would take for my trade-in. Jeff came back with an offer for my trade & I countered the offer and then Jeff took it to his Manger & got it approved, without haggling back & forth on the price.
