Best buying experiance and follow ups from any dealer I have ever dealt with. I have sent several friends who have bought cars...new and used from Stan Becker and all had wonderful experiences. I have 38000 miles on my 2998 Sonata limited and have had all service ....routine or minor warranty and found all the service department on time with my appointments....done right ...and pleasant. all in all a excellant dealer More

Spent $700+ to get the gas tank fixed, and conveniently when the car was picked up it started dying randomly, which it had never done before. After bringing it back, they said they werent the reason and we when the car was picked up it started dying randomly, which it had never done before. After bringing it back, they said they werent the reason and we apparently put bad gas in it coencidentaly literaly less than a mile from the dealership. They didn't acctually test the gas, for that would of cost us money. When I called to speak to Mark Eckert himself, he actually hung up the phone on me. Then when I went up there to talk to him, he "stepped out". When explaining my frustration to the Service Center guy, another employee actually laughed at me, and they refused to help. If you buy a car or get it serviced anywhere, I strongly recommend it not be here More

After I hit wall after wall with the dealerships in Albuquerque, I found out about a special deal Eckert was offering to the members of a forum I belong to. Worked out most of the details over the phone, then made the 10hr drive from home to the dealership. The only issue I had was the usual trade-in low-ball, but the price they gave me made up for it. Great service, and willing to work on the deal until we were both happy. They even worked after hours because i showed up 20 min before closing time. Awesome people. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. More
