I found one of their vehicles online after I was looking for trucks for a couple of months. The vehicle was reasonably priced and hard pretty low miles on it so I went to check it out. After going to the de for trucks for a couple of months. The vehicle was reasonably priced and hard pretty low miles on it so I went to check it out. After going to the dealership, I wasn't quite as impressed with the truck as I hope, but I was impressed with the dealership itself (and that says something). Dealership Experience: Echopark was very clean and the staff was very friendly and proficient at greeting me and making sure I was taken care of. I originally had an appointment set up to see the RAM I wanted. I was greeted by one of their 'sales coaches' and directed to check in and my personal sales coach would greet me shortly. Sales Rep Experience: That's when I met Jeremiah Dennis, who I worked with for the remainder of my sale. Jeremiah was friendly and not 'salesy' at all. He was more informative than salesy and that was greatly appreciated. I cannot stand the typical dealerships that just try selling you everything under the sun. Even though I wasn't satisfied with the RAM I looked at the first time, he gave me his phone number and I told him I would keep checking back. I went back home to scour the web looking for more trucks but kept finding myself going back to their website. After a couple of days of searching, I was practically exclusively shopping at Echopark because of their prices. They were routinely thousands under other vehicles on the market. Trade-in experience: I had an old truck that I was going to get rid of. I was told to download the app (CarCash) to get a quote. The process was super simple. I took about 10 photos or so, filled out the mileage and vehicle condition, and received my trade in value by email in less than 30 minutes for the entire process. The trade in offer wasn't magnificent but it was about what I was expecting. I didn't have to trade it in if I didn't want to so there's really no harm in trying. They checked out my old truck when I brought it in to make sure it was in the condition I said it was in. They deemed it was and that was it. Final Purchase and Contract Process: I found the vehicle I wanted right when I was out of town on Thursday. I had to wait out the weekend and pray that the truck I wanted didn't get snatched up. [Tip: If you find the vehicle you want, don't wait to go look at it. I was going to buy a different truck on Wednesday but waited until after work - the truck was already gone. Given their good prices, these cars seem to go fast.] The truck made it through the weekend and I shot Jeremiah a text Sunday saying that I want to setup an appointment with him asap on Monday (closed on Sunday). I went in, test drove the truck, loved it, decided to buy it. Got to the dealership at 11:45am and was out the door with my new truck by 2:00pm. [Tip: tell your bank you're going to be making a large withdraw this month at the dealership before you get there. I got help up for 30 minutes because Chase Bank dropped my call 3 times] The contract process was painless. Jeremiah did try pushing the care and maintenance packages a little bit. The 7yr/75k mile warranty was an extra 3,300 (cost depends on vehicle); the interior/exterior appearance care warranty was around $500 and the dent package was another extra $500. The appearance and dent packages last 7 years too. You don't have to take any of them but I opted into the 7yr/75k warranty for everything functionally related to the car as well as the interior/exterior care warranty. Bottom Line: I would definitely shop here again and would also recommend that my friends and family go here to look at a vehicle. I'm done with pushy dealerships and crooked salemen and that's why I opted into shopping at Echopark. Their prices were great, they still offered the warranties the dealerships do (and actually their warranty is better in my opinion), and the process is pretty painless. I look forward to driving my new RAM every day. A huge thank you to Jeremiah Dennis and Echopark for making things easy. More
Didn’t have the best credit but these guys helped me out. Got a car to get to work now. They don’t negotiate too which made it all easier. Go see terry Got a car to get to work now. They don’t negotiate too which made it all easier. Go see terry More
