SCAM ALERTNot only they tried to sell me some bs SCAM ALERT Not only they tried to sell me some bs coverage for my car interiors 5 times in about 10 minutes, but it turned out that they sold me a BM SCAM ALERT Not only they tried to sell me some bs coverage for my car interiors 5 times in about 10 minutes, but it turned out that they sold me a BMW with remaining 8 month of manufacturer warranty; until recently I went to get my car checked out and shown a $2000 bill for necessary repairs and find out the car is NOT warranted. In good faith I've called echopark manager, that confirmed they sold me a warranted car, after further investigation...turned out the it is NOT. Calmly I asked if they were to offer me a free extended warranty or do anything about it.... and after several calls and 48 hrs later, they responded they will NOT; they acknowledged their mistake and sold me lemon for apples, and they couldn't care less, they even laughed at my face¹ More

Saw their low pricing compared to the new car dealers on this side of the bay. Initially i was concerned because of some negative reviews but they showed me those were from 2016 back when this address was this side of the bay. I'm 44 years old and purchased multiple vehicles in my life time. When you are at the dealership, they treat you great. Once you pull off the lot, it is like you never existed. I had a trunk latch issu life time. When you are at the dealership, they treat you great. Once you pull off the lot, it is like you never existed. I had a trunk latch issue within 8 hours of leaving the lot. No call back for days. Thankfully it was covered under warranty. I purchased my vehicle 6-14-2020. Today is 09-26-2020 and I have not received my title yet. I have called them so many times and they won't call me back. They sent me a text message once, blaming the Department of Motor vehicles, but I know that is a lie. At the DMV, everything is electronic and their turn around time, even with Covid is 2 weeks. I keep calling EchoPark and they won't get back to me. I Left a voice mail for a manager too, he won't even call me back. I am at a complete loss. I was a police officer 21 years and I have never been so deceived by a company. More
