Rafael and EchoPark were very easy to deal with and worked with all my time frames. It was a stress-free experience and I would highly recommened this location and Rafael specifically to anyone looking to purchase a used car.

Great people, many, many vehicles to choose from. Had to replace a vehicle due to an accident. Didn't really know what we wanted, hadn't thought about it. They had a huge selection of cars we could look over before choosing our new Atlas.

i am mortified over the absolute horrendous service i received from their employee Keefer Devoogel! I went in with no expectations just wanted to look around and ended up leaving emotionally hurt and disrespected. Anyone who even expects decent service, i suggest to take your business literally anywhere but here! Thanks to Keefer working at this establishment, i will never be back and ill make sure to spread the word of their horrible service to everyone i know!

Car buying was easy! Slightly dissatisfied that drove out of the lot with only one quart of gas. I called the dealership back and the car salesman told me sorry that he forgot to fill the tank,
