My overall experience purchasing from EchoPark Tampa was great. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase a vehicle. The prices were below KBB value and the condition of my 2020 Ford Ranger was as exp great. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase a vehicle. The prices were below KBB value and the condition of my 2020 Ford Ranger was as expected being that it was used as a rental car in its previous life (small nicks and dings, 47K miles for a 2 year-old car). Maurizio was exceptionally personable and made the atmosphere more friendly than salesy. I would recommend anyone going to EchoPark Tampa that is looking to purchase a car to find Maurizio for their car buying journey. There are several reasons why I did not rate EchoPark as a 5/5 stars. The first being is they do not accept external financing - you can only use the loan companies that EchoPark works with (however, they do disclose this on their website under financing a vehicle). The second reason being that when I purchased my new vehicle, I was only provided one key. With this vehicle being one that you can easily lock your keys inside your car without detection, I now have to purchase a second key that will run me a couple hundred dollars after already spending $XXXXX (I provided 3 keys with my trade-in). Overall, EchoPark was very friendly to work with and I would recommend that if you are in the market for a used car that is under market value while still attaining quality, check this place out.
