We visited Echo Park (Plano) to find a vehicle for my daughter's 16th birthday. We found a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Our purchase was contingent on some damaged parts being replaced. We made the purchase and were told the Guest Loyalty department would be following up once the replacement parts were in. (We purchased the vehicle a month out from my daughter's birthday...thinking that would give us enough time to deliver the car without any problems.) After two weeks, we had yet to hear anything relating to the replacement parts. We followed up only to find they had yet to be ordered. A week later, while asking for another update, we found out the original Guest Loyalty employee we had been dealing with had left the company. Panic set in. Four days from my daughter's birthday, we receive a call from Lisa Bassett...the new Guest Loyalty representative. In short, Lisa 100% salvaged our buying experience from Echo Park (Plano). Lisa took full ownership of the issue, updated us daily and, not only delivered the car in time for my daughter's birthday, but also provided a gift for her as well. I'll never be able to thank Lisa enough. (She's Wonder Woman as far as I'm concerned.) More
