We bought an Infiniti QX80 and within days had it checked out by Crest Infiniti. There was a major problem with the engine. We took the findings and the Infiniti Crest bill back to EchoPark Automotive Plan out by Crest Infiniti. There was a major problem with the engine. We took the findings and the Infiniti Crest bill back to EchoPark Automotive Plano. The EchoPark Automotive Plano General Manager, Geremy Smith stepped up and said he wanted to make it right for us. They took back the car, paid the Infiniti Crest bill, gave us a loaner car, and found us a replacement QX80. In the end we got a great car, at a really good price, with no hassle when the mechanical problem was discovered. I would tell anyone who’s going to buy a car to go to EchoPark Automotive Plano. They owned the problem, stepped up and fixed it. That’s a good dealership. More
