Purchase Alert! I have known about Driversselect.com for years and now it is EchoPark. I trust the transparency of EchoPark and believe in the purchasing model they implement - buying the best quality cars years and now it is EchoPark. I trust the transparency of EchoPark and believe in the purchasing model they implement - buying the best quality cars in the 1-4 year old market. I wanted to write this review to help anyone who is 1) considering a used vehicle and 2) considering EchoPark as your purchase location. The cars are as advertised, if they have the make and model you desire, do not think twice. (I saved myself thousands of dollars buying my F-150 from EchoPark) I currently live in Oklahoma and have been looking for a truck for over one year. Once the vehicle I have been looking for arrived, I called EchoPark and got connected with Chris Pouncy and he handled everything else. I did not think twice about doing a credit application because I know they have the best prices and the cars they buy are in top shape. Chris Pouncy located the car, he walked it, smelled it, cleaned it, and made sure it was as advertised. Chris got my credit application, submitted it to multiple banks, and called me with my approved financing terms before driving to Plano. I showed up and the deal was the same as communicated over the phone / text / email. My recommendation to you is to search this companies inventory for as many locations that are in your mileage range. If you go to Plano - call the dealership, ask to talk to Chris Pouncy - although when you arrive you will work with his hand selected salesperson - Chris will make sure everything goes as advertised. He set me up with Adrian Lopez and Adrian got the car ready for me, signed all of the paper work, etc. Both Chris and Adrian were laid back and really enjoyable to do a transaction with. If you find a car at a location other than the Plano location, I still recommend calling the Plano location and talking to Chris Pouncy! He has worked for this company for over 10 years and knows who to connect you with at any location. Just call Chris! Comparing dealerships - I have purchased two cars from EchoPark this year and one from a BMW dealership. All dealerships legally have to offer you financing protection, warranties, etc. They can be really good to have. I was presented my options but experienced no hard pressure from EchoPark to buy extras, I can not say the same for my experience at the BMW dealership. I love my truck. I have purchased two vehicles from EchoPark in the last 5 months. The other vehicle was for my father in law at one of the Denver locations and it was just as smooth. Thank for Chris and Adrian.
