BUT the warranty does not read on my contract the way I wanted!! I paid for the warranty upfront but it was put into Finance like part of my down payment I did not understand that still don't. However Spencer was an excellent guide person very kind and I appreciate all his patience.. It took a while for me to do a review I will let you drive the car it drives perfect and I'm a satisfied customer. More

Let me preface this by saying, I've never written a review ever in my life.... let alone a negative one -- just to show how ridiculous this place is. Seeing someone post about their vehicle being review ever in my life.... let alone a negative one -- just to show how ridiculous this place is. Seeing someone post about their vehicle being swept up under their feet was something I never thought could happen to me, until it did today. I enter the building and was greeted by a number of team members which made me feel really comfortable. An "Experience Guide" sat me down and broke down their ways of payment and asked some basic questions on how I was going to purchase the vehicle i inquired about. We then proceeded to approach my trade in vehicle for the actual appraisal and let them check it out. After all was said and done, I see the inquired vehicle pull up on the side , so I thought to myself-- wow this place gets down to business , the right way! Once I got sat down again, he told me someone else was going to check out the vehicle, as he was talking I see the vehicle being test driven by someone else! So again, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt ... and thought "hey maybe they're just refilling the tank, they'll be back shortly". After about 30 minutes or so, the appraiser comes to me to present the value of my trade in vehicle . So I thought okay nows the time to test drive the car finally! To my surprise the experience guide tells me there are other people checking out the car right now , and to wait??? So I asked him a blunt question : why do you guys set up appointments when you're just going to let other people check out the same vehicle??? He tells me that in order to secure a vehicle you'd need to place a $500 deposit . More times goes by , he comes back and tells me the other party is in the credit check process ... and just wait to see if they'll get approved . So I sit there like a xxxx fool anyway and waited only to wait for the guide to come back the millionth time to tell me it's been sold. Don't let the positive reviews fool you like it did me. Avoid at all costs!!! More

I worked with Kevin and Freddy they were amazing during the visit, gave me plenty of time to look over my options and went through all of the protection plans.
