Your salesman Steve was great and very helpful I enjoyed working with him. I did feel however that the woman that I called and talked to on the phone in the beginning should have notified me that I would no working with him. Steven is an excellent sales associate. But Freddy the "manager" was a real jerk to us. Freddy was angry because I refuse to buy a warranty. He never ran our credit.. He just basically told us we couldn't afford the car. We called the corporate office to complain. They actually helped us find a vehicle and we returned the following day. Steven and Rebecca actually did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous and kind.. There wasn't any drama at all. Steve and Rebecca helped me hit my numbers for what I could afford. They are a great team and very versatile. I am now the proud owner of a new Mercedes benz. Ask for Steve Sotelo. He will do right by you. More

DON' DO IT!!! ***BUYER BEWARE*** AVOID AT ALL COST**** Of the 32+ vehicles that I have purchased, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. TIME: ***BUYER BEWARE*** AVOID AT ALL COST**** Of the 32+ vehicles that I have purchased, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. TIME: To start off... we had a 3pm appointment... they didn't start talking to us until 4:30.. Time is Money. We were able to test drive the car as long and wherever we wanted which was nice. No clueless sales person in the back seat talking about the vanity mirror, which is why they earned the one star. QUALITY: Once we got back, we pointed out that the tires were mismatched and being a 4X4 they should be matched. They said that's not covered. Well if you are going to tout the best of the best and no haggle pricing, make sure it is the best of the best. We were told it falls within their perimeters which are the same as CA standards. If you are the best you shouldn't quoting the basics as being the best. When you tout the best, you should expect the best and they said they would not be putting new tires on or giving us a discount (I would have preferred the new tires). MONEY: We decided to just go ahead and buy the vehicle and deal with it. We came with our own financing and we were told they would not accept it because it wasn't in their preferred network and could only finance through their companies. Luckily I was a member of one of those specific institutions otherwise they would have run my credit all over again. Add another 30 min. I went to pay the down payment with my AMEX and they stated debit or cash only. I don't know about anyone else but I love my points. So I ended up having to use my debit card which with $5000 and 3X points that was a 15000 point loss. TIME and ACCURACY: It took an hour and a half for them to prepare and print out the paperwork. As we started signing, we realized the name, address and phone were wrong, even though they had a copy of my driver's license. The took another 30 minutes to correct things on the paperwork. They came back and the numbers and down payment were missing from the paperwork, another 30 min later they brought out correct paperwork. Then after reviewing terms and conditions, turns out the don't guarantee their 190 point inspection and the Carfax and they ask you to sign that no employee or representative of the company has said that there is no damage or malfunctioning parts, even though that is the the first line out of their mouths when you start asking about the vehicles. I was told "Just trust me I used to work at one of the biggest BMW dealerships in the world. and before that I was a detective. Trust me you have nothing to worry about." Anytime someone has to say trust me, you should always not trust them. At that point we just got up and walked out. The whole thing felt like a strong arm. No on is going to tell me how to spend my own money. All in all 7 hours, and no car from a company that says its our way or the highway. We chose the highway. Goodbye $40,000, I'll go give it to someone that understands treating a customer right. CONCLUSION: If you have extra time, extra money, and extra patience to waste and you don't care that the sales people and the sales manager treat you like crap, then you should go buy from them, otherwise STEER CLEAR!!!
