I did not feel pressured and I did not pressure them on price because I knew what I wanted and there are very few left. So I cannot comment on how haggling would go. First of all, the dealership is very attractive both inside and out. Next, I never felt like I was getting "jumped" by a sales person like I often do at other car lots. A couple years ago, I test drove inside and out. Next, I never felt like I was getting "jumped" by a sales person like I often do at other car lots. A couple years ago, I test drove a small Jaguar sedan with Javier Cuellar. I liked everything about the experience, even though I ultimately got a 2006 GTO from another dealer. I later found out it had been expertly repaired rather extensively, more than the salesman led me to believe. Ultimately I replaced that car with my new 2007 Acura from Carbiz (Miro salesman). Miro was great, and Brian the sales manager was nice as well. The lounge and coffee bar is first rate! I could go on. The financing, the business office, car preparation, even getting me a spare key and manual, which were missing. I can't say enough. You people rock! More

I did some research on the company and discovered they had an "A" rating on the better business bureau and great Google ratings, definitely peace of mind when making a large purchase. They had the exact year and color which I wanted. After doing some comparison shopping, they had the best price (pretty significant) to other local dealers. I went in the following day to check out the vehicle in person. It was accurately described per the website and had everything I wanted and more. The salesman, Matt P, was great and answered all my questions. There was absolutely no pressure or obligations while looking and gathering information. I left with a positive feeling about the company and vehicle. After thinking, I returned the next day to purchase the vehicle. The purchasing process was very painless and I was out in about 2 hours. I was confident with my purchase due to the standard 12 month powertrain warranty Car Biz offers (in addition to the 30 day warranty). I was very impressed with the company in general. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The onsite service center is large and modern along with the rest of the facility. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority and that’s hard to find today. CarBiz is definitely in a league of its own. I will update my review if anything changes but I am a very satisfied customer. I will be recommending CarBiz to friends and family. More
