My experience with carbiz was like dealing with family. Kelvin was awesome! He could sell a toothless old woman a stick of gum, but he wouldn't, he's too honest for that! This car dealership was excellent. I was initially greeted by the receptionist with "good morning', and a smile. He gave me a discount price and within no time, I was approved by a finance company. I ran into some difficultly with the insurance company since I was a somewhat "new driver". Mr. Pollock then drove me to the insurance company. Finally, after I given approval for the insurance and car, I then meet with Mr. Myron Boyd, financial accountant. He went over all the paper work: contract, extented warranty, tags, title, etc. but last but not least; how to increase my credit score and rating. Those guys know their STUFF. My car was not ready the same day,but Mr. Pollock gave me a loaner car. This is why I gave CARBIZ an A+. This car dealership was an excellent and smart shop for me.
